Excellent property, excellent location
Nothing but good things to say. High-end place with high-end finishes. Based on this quality, location and view, I would say today this is a 4-5M property. Walk 3 min or drive 30 seconds and it's 20M views. Parking is a bit of a challenge if you have more than one car because the garage is very tight and street spots nearby are reserved . But this is Pacific Coast waterfront, so that's expected. All the permanent residents have 75K+ cars. This place at this price is a value.

Lovely
This property is great! We enjoyed the week there and loved being so close to ocean view walks everywhere. The bedrooms are all near each other with just enough separation and the living area has a great view. I’d stay here again without hesitation

Incredible views and location!
I definitely stay here again. The property was reminiscent of my home in CA which I moved from 7 years ago. It was so cozy that I did not want to leave. The view of the bay and the Begonia park is so peaceful and the sunsets glorious. I entertained some friends and the kitchen is so fully stocked like my home. I slept like a baby in the master bed. It is 4 levels with about 8 steps between levels. It is about 2 blocks from the Pacific Ocean. Check out this marvelous property!

Reunion with Family
My cousin from New York shared the house with me. My brother spent a couple nights. Friends and family spent a small intimate meal a few times. The house was amazing. The view superb. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony having coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening watching the sunset. We took walks along the beach every day. The house was supplied with all the necessities plus extras. The kitchen had all high end appliances and pans, dishes etc. We wanted for nothing. Thank you for a much needed vacation.

Wonderful Family Vacation Property in Corona Del Mar/Newport Beach
This beautiful vacation property provided everything and more our family could want in a coastal vacation in the Corona Del Mar/Newport Beach area. Only one hour from LAX and located in a private cul de sac overlooking the Newport Bay and the Pacific Ocean, we were able to walk into the town, to the fitness center, and to the beach areas in just a few minutes. The home is stunningly beautiful with a rich and upscale Mediterranean interior design complete with new appliances and furnishings. We cooked our family meals and enjoyed coffee on the outside patio overlooking the bay/marina. Sunsets are stunning! Our host, Scott, and his staff were very prompt in responding to our questions. Instructions for check-in/checkout were detailed and easy to follow.

Beautiful property with some opportunities
This is a beautiful home with great location and breathtaking view! However, there are a few areas that can be better with this rental. The bedroom downstairs smells from dampness and old carpet. The upstairs air conditioning just blows warm air (need freon), and it gets warm during part of the day. Although downstairs AC works well and had to be relied on to cool upstairs, downstairs will be icy cool before upstairs will cool down. Instruction also indicates you will be charged for overuse. Guest bathroom hand held shower head is broken, no water from that outlet, which was a problem for my elderly mother. Master bedroom shower/ tub combo is old and can be dangerous. One has to climb in and out of the tub. Garage parking was difficult, small and narrow with trash cans on the side; it was hard to maneuver. We did enjoy our stay other than the above issues. Kitchen is fully stocked, with great appliances. Living room is comfortable with beautiful view.

5 Star Villa
I really tried to make sure I wasn’t overly critical of the property since it has such amazing views and has a great kitchen, but maintenance and upkeep on the property are an issue at this price point. In case I am too critical I’ll put it in a pros and cons. Pros: That view every time you wake up and before you go to sleep. Leads to amazing weather and we never had to turn the air conditioner on. The location is great walking distance to Pacific Coast Highway bars and restaurants. Short walk to a quiet little beach. The beach toys, chairs, and other things provided were very expensive and a great treat. Cons We drove 1500 miles from Texas and in the pictures there was a jacuzzi on the patio in the master bedroom, so after that long of a drive we were ready to jump in, only to find there is no jacuzzi as advertised on the listing. (False advertising in my opinion) Decided to use the jacuzzi in the master bath, that doesn’t work either. Second day sat outside and noticed that one of the tables was breaking so I messaged the manager about it and the jacuzzi and all I received was that they had been waiting months on a part for the jacuzzi. Not even an apology that they were broken. Decided to make dinner for everyone in the amazing kitchen and pull a few plates out and they are stuck together with congealed food. Again send a message to the manager and get no reply. My daughters used the second bath and ask me to look at something and I go to that bathroom and the shower head has turned green. Then they showed me the faucet on the left side of the shower just spins and doesn’t turn on. By the way you can see behind the tiles so the water damage has to be pretty bad at this point. Again notified the manager and no response. Parking is not bad but is inconvenient if you have more than one car. If you have only one car then parking is a pro and you have your choice between parking in the garage or the driveway. If it’s more than one car you just have to remember the order that you park the cars. As I said I really wanted to write a good review but at this price plus the missing jacuzzi, broken jacuzzi, and disrepair items, and a manager that doesn’t respond is a recipe for bad trips in the future. I would recommend removing the picture of the jacuzzi that is no longer on the property.

Thanksgiving Vacay
We stayed in in this beautiful Corona del mar rental for five nights. The views from both balconies were gorgeous! You can see the newport marina and bay and the amazing sunsets every evening. The home had all of the cooking supplies we needed to prepare our meals. You can even view the bay/marina right from the kitchen table. The home is beautifully decorated and has all of tge amenties you could ask for and more. We would love to visit again! Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Great Spot!
The location was ideal for walking to the beach yet secluded enough for quiet and relaxation. We miss the bathroom showers they were seriously the best!
