  • Esta es la unidad de la planta baja de nuestro dúplex totalmente renovado (entradas totalmente separadas). También puede alquilar la unidad de arriba - VRBO: 615772 o alquilarlas para grandes reuniones familiares.

    3 dormitorios / 2 baños, todo es nuevo y limpio, moderno y hermoso.

    Dormitorios:
    Todas las habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo, aire acondicionado, televisores inteligentes, armarios, camas nuevas súper cómodas.

    El dormitorio principal es amplio con un vestidor con lavadora y secadora, baño privado con ducha enorme y TV de 46 '.

    El segundo dormitorio tiene cama queen size, TV de pantalla plana, puertas de armarios con espejo.

    El tercer dormitorio tiene litera con 2 colchones de tamaño completo, TV de pantalla plana, armario con espejo repleto de juegos, libros.

    Baños:
    Los baños están completamente equipados con (secador de cabello, jabones, champú, acondicionador, T. P.) gabinetes de medicamentos, debajo del gabinete de almacenamiento, ventiladores de humedad. El baño principal tiene una gran cabina de ducha con banco y el baño del pasillo tiene una combinación de bañera y ducha).

    Cocina:
    La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos nuevos (cocina a gas / horno, refrigerador / congelador con hielo, lavaplatos) y viene equipada con casi todo lo que necesita para cocinar; hervidor, Sr. Cafetera de 10 cafeteras con filtros, agua filtrada, tostadora, ollas y sartenes, y algunos condimentos básicos, etc.

    Estacionamiento:
    1 plaza de aparcamiento en garaje / garaje por unidad (2 plazas si no se alquila otra unidad).

    Equipo de playa:
    El garaje está equipado con bicicletas, tablas de surf, tablas de surf, carpas emergentes, toneladas de trajes de todos los tamaños, y debajo de las escaleras tenemos sillas de playa, sombrillas, refrigeradores, juguetes de playa para niños y más ...

    Ubicación:
    La calle 37 es una gran calle, tiene una de las mejores playas y lugares para practicar surf en la zona, está a una calle del inicio del paseo marítimo, hay una torre de salvavidas, un parque al otro lado de la calle con una cancha de baloncesto, jungla Gimnasio con columpios y área de césped sombreado ideal para picnics.

    La calle 37 es una calle de sentido único y en su mayoría está restringida en rojo, por lo que no hay personas que carguen y descarguen sus autos en la puerta de entrada y que haya menos tráfico en la calle.

A great spot in Newport and our family loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants, shopping etc. The unit is outfitted well with everything we needed and the owner was great with communication.

So close to beach with so much to do

Excellent hospitality! Bikes, boards and wet suits for every age and preference. Loved the fireplace and full kitchen!

Nice, clean, updated, A/C was awesome, amenities such as bikes/beach equipment were an added bonus!!

We had a very nice time. The property slept six adults very comfortably. We would be willing to rent again.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

Owner has this place kept clean and well stocked with bikes, surf boards, boogie boards, wagon, sand toys, etc. She is also easy to get a hold of if you need anything during your stay

This property was great! It was just steps from the beach, and short walk (or beach cruiser ride) to grocery stores and restaurants. The property was well-designed and laid out for easy access and cooking/entertaining/hanging out. The dedicated parking spot in the carport was very appreciated, as well. The living spaces were very modern, stylish, functional and loaded with all the amenities we needed (including a garage full of bikes, surf boards, body boards, coolers, and anything you need for the beach. The property Manager was very kind, helpful and responsive, and gave very detailed instructions for everything we might need. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a clean, modern, spacious 3Bedroom/2Bath unit that is well located to all the action in Newport Beach.

wonderful CA getaway

My family and I spent spring break at Lisa's condo in Newport Beach. It was perfect for my husband, 3 boys and I. There was plenty of beds and room for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The closet full of surf boards, boogie boards, wet suits, sand toys and beach chairs were much needed and used daily! It was a very short walk to the beach, restuarants and grocery store and boardwalk. We hope to get back soon!!

Birthday weekend

This place is a gem. The property manager Lisa is responsive and easy to work with. The house is clean and fresh and literally steps from the beach. We loved the bikes and beach equipment available for our use. Overall, my family and a few extra guests had a relaxing and fun time celebrating my birthday weekend. My 18 year old said the location was perfect, near all the areas he likes to be when in Newport Beach. We will be back!

Great Beach House....steps from sand!

We had a great vacation, always love Newport Beach on the peninsula. The house was only a few from the beach, quiet street and only a few minutes walking/biking from the action closer to the pier. Lisa was very attentive before and during our stay. She was helpful and answered all our questions. The house was fully equipped with towels and toiletries. There was also a ton of beach stuff - chairs, wagons, sand toys, umbrellas, surf/boogie boards, wet suits, bikes...really anything you needed was at the house. Great house and great stay, highly recommend.

Home run rental

I wasn’t sure exactly where to stay for my trip to NB and last minute settle on this rental. It was a perfect location, a ten minute walk to the peer and an even quicker bike ride(bikes were provided by renter. The house was clean, updated with a perfect kitchen and two new bathrooms. All of my communication with the property manager were met Within minutes. Once in the place there was a great book on the table that answered any and all question relating to location, security, utilities and things to do. The cherry on top was our own parking spot in the garage. I highly recommend this rental.

We loved our stay at Lisa's home by the beach.

Lisa's home was perfect for our family of five. Lisa greeted us upon our arrival. She presented the home to us. It was thoroughly clean and well appointed in all respects. It is a one minute walk to the spectacular beach. It is one block north of the beginning of the bike and pedestrian path that runs all the way down to Balboa point. The surfing out front is good. The proximity to all the activities at Newport Beach pier is good, Close enough but not in the fray. While it was not in issue for our family at all, people who are particularly sound sensitive should note that there is an apartment directly above this one. And sound does transmit through the floor significantly. Again, not an issue for us at all despite three young children residing upstairs while we were there. Lots of well serviced Bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, fins, beach chairs, etc. were a huge bonus. This property truly deserves five stars.

Fantastic Spring Break in Newport

Given all the positive reviews I felt confident going into our stay, and I was right on. Everything with our stay went as expected. Great location, great clean place, lots of extras and a great host. Beds were comfy and communication was great. You can't go wrong with this property and the host.

Great Location!

Lisa was a great host! She is very accommodating and kept us well-informed about the property & Newport Beach. The parking that is offered is a small space - but worked well for us as we didn’t use the car at all once we parked. Everything needed is within walking & biking distance. Grocery stores, variety of restaurants, pharmacy, bars & shopping are all within a 2 mile radius. We often took the bikes to the Balboa Fun Zone, played on the beach, and walked the beach. We stayed here with 6 people- 2 adults, 2 teens, 2 pre-teens & it was the perfect size for us with ideal sleeping spaces. Very clean, generous toiletries & all the basics for cooking. We had a very lovely stay. Thank you, Lisa!

Amazing Beach House With All Amenities Included

Lisa is an highly responsive, kind, accommodating hostess whose beach house is nothing short of amazing with all amenities included (cruiser bikes, surf boards, bogie boards, wet suits, frisbees, corn hole, fins, sand toys). Plenty of towels, beach towels,beach chairs, beach umbrellas, very comfortable beds, multiple washers and dryers with detergent available for guest use. We had 6 in our family and it was perfect. With amenities at house, we did not have to burn valuable time driving to rent anything and do much more than relax on a beautiful beach. We really enjoyed our experience!

Very Clean and lots of toys

This was one of the cleanest properties we have stayed at. The host was extremely helpful. Lots of beach toys for everyone to use. I would highly recommend this property.

Balboa quaintness

Property was exactly as advertised. Impeccably cleaned and well stocked. Located on a cute street within steps to the beach. Mgr Lisa was great. Would definitely stay here again. Very good location to other beaches and Angels stadium. Thank you!

Well equipped and spotless!

We have been going to Newport Beach for years and this is the best property we have stayed at. It had everything you could want for adults, teens, and kids to enjoy the beach. We also loved having the bikes to get around. Lisa takes pride in the property and it was very clean and well maintained.

Good site for handicap access

This home worked well for family member with a walker and needing easy shower access. All on one level, no steps, smooth floors.
