We had a great time at this property. Just a couple of things The bed upstairs was too firm for us. They do need better pillows.

The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied with everything I needed and the neighborhood felt quiet and private. Everything was super clean upon arrival and the app made checking in and out easy. I would happily stay here again and have already recommended it to some friends.

Tuck and Roll

Nice place to hang at. We're from Alaska and don't need much to appease us. This space was just what we were looking for! We did not want to be trapped in a hotel nor did we want to deal with the noise that comes with them. We actually were able to relax and enjoy some quite time. Roof top deck off the bedroom was very enjoyable. We could walk out in our robes and a cup of coffee and enjoy the sun filled morning. At night we hung out sipping ice tea and gazing.at the sky filled with stars. The place is tastefully decorated and was very clean when we arrived. The App that Newport management uses is simple to use for check in and check out. We have family in the area and will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place with a beautiful view

This place was beautiful, all the marble in the kitchen and the showers gave the place a high end feel. I had coffee every morning on the roof deck seeing the palm trees and the ocean was just what I needed. It is a pain figuring out exactly how to get to the “front” door, if you book this spot then you actually need to take the alley on the back side of the house and park in the carport then take the stairs to the right, pass the door on the left keep going up some more stairs and the front door is on the right. I was hoping I could write the place that runs this house first and let them know some issues, the sink upstairs is clogging, I wish the pillows were as high end as the marble, and the bed upstairs needs a foam topper to soften it up.. other than that we LOVED staying here. Oh also next door is doing construction but I’m sure the outside of it will be done within a month or two.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was very nice with high-quality fixtures and amenities. Overall a great stay. Just a couple of comments the bedroom upstairs is loft-style so not super convenient if staying with other people who like to stay up late or get up early. Also, the property manager does not provide any extra towels or beach gear, they are available for rental, which for a beach house seems a bit stingy. They also don't provide any cleaning equipment like a broom or vacuum, which is also too bad.

Breathtaking Rooftop

This was a quiet, tucked away gem of a property. Walking distance to tons of venues. Everything is high end from the dishware to the linens. We will be back!

Great home and location

The property is fantastic, we will stay there again. The management company is a little disorganized, they gave us the wrong lockbox number and the wifi was different on the owner's sheet than what they had. Their check out instructions were different than on the owner's instructions so it was a little confusing.

A little different to the pictures with the furniture - however the parking and air condition is such a plus! Location and layout of the property is great, had a few cleaning hiccups when I arrived however the managing company were great in coming back to me with the queries. There is building work going on next door throughout the day, however lovely and quiet in the evening and early morning. Great neighbourhood!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay in the Waterfront property. We were visiting from Chicago and found the location to be perfect for all of our needs. We walked to Starbucks and Rose's donuts in the morning, spent a lot of time at Corona Del Mar Beach, and shopped at Fashion Island. It's a quick drive to Newport Coast and Laguna Beach. 30 mins from Irvine Spectrum and we even squeezed in a day at Disneyland and the drive was also so easy and quick. The house was very comfortable and even had air conditioning which was a bonus because it was unusually hot when we were visiting. We were lucky enough to meet the owner who is a wonderful man and we look forward to renting again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment - perfect for us, as we took the upstairs bedroom and our son stayed downstairs. Both bedrooms have an adjacent bathroom. Kitchen is modern, and there is a beautiful patio upstairs with lots of cushions and a view. We loved the location - 15 minutes from the airport, 15 min from Laguna Beach. Walkable to all of the CdM restaurants and Sherman Gardens. We can't wait to come back.

We enjoyed the open layout, including the master loft, and we spent great conversation time on the beautiful deck. The property matched the description and the pictures. The location was perfect - walking distance to shopping, groceries, coffee shops and restaurants. We will book this property again if we head back to the Newport Beach area!
