Amazing location. Nice upgrades. Parking and temperature an issue.

Beautiful property. We went in april so the nights got cold and i didnt see any heaters on the property. Couldnt use the garage because the rental cars were to big to make the turn into the garage, but great it you have an economy car. Besides that, the kitchen, the terrace and the rooftop were magnificent. They could also upgrade the mattresses and blankets but they were good for the kids.

Summer Family Vacation

Great location. Walking distance to beach, local restaurants, bars, and grocery store. Nicely appointed. Good for a large family, or multiple couples. Roof top deck was great for watching sunsets and catching up at the end of the day. Long garage fit two mid sized SUV's. This is a huge plus given the limited parking in the area.

Perfect Mother’s Day weekend

I rented this home for my family three grown children and their significant others and my grandson we had an amazing three days at this home! the rooftop was one of our favorite places to dine and hang out. I would say the only drawback might be the one bedroom downstairs with no closet other than that everything about this home worked perfectly for my Mother’s Day weekend with my grown children

Spacious and Modern in Newport Beach

This home is updated very tastefully, clean, has plentiful seating areas for those who want peaceful solitude and for those who want to be with a group. The rooftop with a nice view of the beach was a favorite spot for our family! We would certainly stay here again.

Great place for family beach vacation

The house with 4 bedrooms was great for 8 people. One more bathroom would have made it perfect. Proximity to beach is 30 seconds. The large rooftop patio is highlight!

A short walk to the beach

Overall satisfaction with a few minor issues. The location was perfection and the rooftop area was a pleasant surprise with a perfect view of the beach. We watched dolphins play in the ocean while we ate breakfast.

Beautiful beach house! Looks just like the pictures.

The house was amazing! Pictures don't do it justice. Everything was updated, anything that didn't work was fixed immediately. Great company running it. My family of 10 enjoyed the whole house. So close to the beach, breathtaking!

Wonderful property for all weather!

This rental was perfect for our family of four and two guests during March 2018. The beach and bike paths are right across the street and there are lovely views of the ocean from the inside the house, the small patio, and the wonderful rooftop deck. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the pier for a peaceful evening, but close enough to easily walk or bike to restaurants and shops. The home has a modern beachy vibe with furnishings that are both visually appealing and quite comfortable. We spent most of our time on the beach or on the amazing rooftop deck. The rooftop furniture was wonderful for dining, working, and lounging - we spent most of our "at home" time there. One note is that the steps up the rooftop deck are quite steep, so may be difficult for guests who struggle with stairs and young children might need assistance/supervision. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking, serving, etc. Bedding seemed new and very comfortable - it felt like home. Very clean (even the garage!). The booking, check in process, and follow-up questions were easily handled by friendly, competent staff. We will be back to this property on a future trip.

We had the best time! The home had everything you could need and is absolutely beautiful. The roomy rooftop deck has a fantastic view of the beach. The property manager was responsive and within a call’s reach. Looking forward to renting this unit again!

amaxing house and location!

This house is amazing and was perfect for our stay! We had 4 couples and two singles and the house accommodated it perfectly! Great deck for our team meeting and bbq. Kitchen was beautiful and clean! Bedrooms were great size and cozy! My only suggestions would be to hae a slightly later check out time. We felt 10:00 was a little early as we were scrambling to get out on time. Also with a cleaning deposit we felt there was quite the cleaning on our end that was expected to me done. But overall we loves out stay and will definitely be back!
