Very good house

La casa está muy bien de acuerdo a lo publicado (al parecer estaba desocupada algunos días y tenía un olor a humedad muy fuerte) El lugar es muy tranquilo, y muy bonito Recomendable

Beautiful vacation home

Kitchen, living room, bedrooms all nice for our stay. The home has great location, easy to get around. Grocery shopping and restaurants located nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our family of 5

This home is very cozy. The spacious kitchen and all the seating was great. Thank you for having bodywash and shampoo in the showers. We enjoyed our time in Newport Beach and Blue Skies home.

A little piece of heaven!

Great location. Beautiful walks with the dog and love the large park overlooking at the sea. 5 minutes away from the beach. We had beautiful Neighbords.

Fun at Newport Beach

Lovely place in Newport Beach

Lovely place in an interesting neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fun place to walk the dog. Modern TVs. Nice place to come home to after visiting family nearby. Quiet and comfortable.

Christmas vacation

Very good location to meet up with the rest of our family and to the beaches. My only complaint if you can call it that, was lack of basics like dish cloth, toilet paper, dish detergent, etc.

Perfect family spot

This place was very cute and spacious for our family of 6. Only about a mile and a half to the beach and close to local restaurants. The host provided a beach umbrella and towels which was really nice.The location was great in a beautiful neighborhood with a little playground at the end of the street. We'll definitely be back!

Christmas vacation

This home is small, but beautifully remodeled and very clean. Our family of 7 had plenty of room to sleep, with our youngest daughter on an air mattress. Beds are comfortable. Hand soap, detergent, and dish soap were supplied. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again.

Vacasa property - Blue Skies

This property is in a great location. It is only a few minutes away from the beach, Lido Village and Balboa Peninsula. You have easy access to a lot of good restaurants either in Costa Mesa or Newport Beach. The place is very clean and spacious. Check in and check out procedures are very effecient. Guest Services is always available to provide assistance if needed. Our stay is this property was truly enjoyable.

Great Home Close to Everything

We enjoyed staying at this home. Modern and fresh in a great, quiet neighborhood. Enough space for our family of 7 and very tidy. We found ourselves asking the host for quite a few things (where the extra trash bags were in an odd place and you have to engage the hot water on a dial in the hallway. Just small things though) The air conditioning is extremely loud but we were all so tired each day that it didn’t keep us awake at night. If you need beach or other local recommendations, ask Erin next door to the south. She was so kind and awesome.

Dingy musty

We immediately asked to be relocated. The relocation team put us in a rental that was illegally rented. Hoa does not allow short term renting. The owner showed up and was very disappointed in the lack of knowledge the relocation team displayed in this nightmare of a rebooking. We requested a full refund and r still waiting for reimbursement.

Nice hoe close to beach

Check was simple. Arrived and bed sheets were dirty. Had dog hair and lint dirt stuff on all of them. New sheets were delivered the next day. Neighbor said she did not want to hear. a dog all day and we had to shut our windows. Our dog had not barked at all. Next day neighbor said her daughter was sick, and we brought her a Starbucks gift card so she could buy her a tea. Next day we arrived later at night and the truck was running as we unloaded the kids rom the car since it was cold. The neighbor came over again and said we were making too much noise with the truck running and yelled at us. Overall nice place they gave us clean bedding, next door neighbor did not like having us.

Nice home in good location

We had a nice stay in this property. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood located close to lots of dining and nightlife and a quick drive to the beach. There are parks within walking distance which was nice to take the kids and walk the dog. There were a few things that would have made our stay a little better however. Cooking was challenging, there are no ziplocks, Tupperware,suran wrap or tinfoil so if you plan on keeping any leftovers make sure you go to the store firsf, there weren’t much in the way of serving bowls or things to cook with so again take inventory if you want to cook a big meal. The house is also very creaky with thin walls so you can hear a pin drop in the house. The floors are also sooo dirty. I vacuumed constantly but our feet were always black. The vacuum was old and cracked and ended falling apart during our stay, there were some broken blinds, loose door handles on cabinets in the kitchen, the couch is worn, and the bed was creaky and so uncomfortable and the neighbor knocked down the wall between our homes during our stay which just made it feel kind of run down and would not make us want to stay again. The property management company is pretty responsive which is great.

Excellent property and amenities

The property management company and property itself are amazing. Spacious and clean, especially for the beach community which tends to have limited square footage and cramped spaces. Interior feels like a family home, and has space to sprawl out. The only caveat to the status the next door neighbor who harassed us on multiple occasions and singling us out as “I know you are renting there, but…” and admonished us 1) from her car driving away 2) from her front porch 3) then again from her yard. She is under the impression she can tell people where to park on a public street, yelled at us in front of our children, disrupted our stay while we never intruded anywhere near the proximity of her property which she too appear to rent. Complained when all our windows were closed and everyone on the property was asleep that she was “forced” to closing her windows that she always keeps open (we presumed at that point the voices were in her head)…I mean….she was a spectacle. I honestly feel bad for the property owners. They’ve done a phenomenal job on providing an amazing stay, and that neighbor is a clear menace. After now having read prior reviews, it clearly isn’t the first time she’s gone off the rails. The common denominator in those is also her.
