Great place very clean A/C was so great to have. The garage was full of beach items my kids used a couple boogie boards but they had wet suits, shade structures, beach chairs, sand toys, etc I’ve never stayed at a place with so much beach accessories. We had a Tahoe it fit perfectly in the garage. Hosts was great!

Newport Beach house

Great stay at this roomy house in Newport Beach. It was well appointed, great kitchen and living room. We cooked all our family meals here. Kids had room to play in the living room and we put the fireplace on when it rained for 2 days! Light and airy. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms roomy. All very clean and tidy.

Well stocked unit with a great location!

We loved staying in this well maintained beach house. We had a few issues that were quickly addressed and resolved. Communication was great. The location of the home was awesome. The beds were comfy and there were added touches like having Dawn dish detergent and an ample supply of laundry detergent as well. We loved this place, would recommend it, and hope to stay there again some day.

Excellent everything!

Perfect for our long weekend! The house was SUPER clean and well stocked. Lisa was very easy to communicate with. Keypads on the garage and front door made check-in a breeze. Every time I stay somewhere I am most critical of the mattresses, but these were great and I slept like a baby. We only used the beach chairs and sand shovels, but there was SO much there at the house to use - wagon, wetsuits, boogie boards - the works. We had a great time and can't wait to go back!

Fantastic and cozy vacation home

The property was amazing. The location is fabulous, the view is amazing, and the beach, restaurants were just a minute walk away. I have stayed at other properties, and this one stood out. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. Some places skimp on the 'extras' or even the 'basics' that are provided. This place was extremely well stocked with supplies and needs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, coffee maker and coffee (a must for me). The rooms were nice sized (some places hardly have room for luggage). Also, so many extras to enjoy the beach and outdoors, bicycles, wetsuits, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs and towels!!! The bathroom well stocked with essentials and not low end stuff. The place was so clean and immaculate. Also, the host was incredible, answered any questions right away, promptly took care of a minor matter for us, and provided all information needed. We would definitely recommend this place, if you are fortunate enough to find an opening.

Amazing location and host!

Our trip to Newport Beach was perfectly accommodated by Lisa Property. This communication beforehand was perfect, so we knew exactly what to expect and how to arrive. The garage was very convenient, and even fit our fairly large SUV rental car. The decor and appointments of the unit are upscale and very tastefully done. Beds were all really comfy and there were plenty of linens. The best part of the trip was Lisa waived our checkout time on our departure day, allowing us to stay at the unit until 5pm since we had to take a redeye home. So helpful and accomodating! Would absolutely come back and stay with Lisa again!

WOW! Amazing location and memories!

1st of all Lisa is amazing! She gave so much help, ideas and great service for our visit! The townhome is amazing! Nicely remodeled and all the supplies you need for the beach area! The location of the townhome is awesome! Walk, drive or ride a bike to everything. My family and I had a blast and will be back! Highly suggest the Eboats on the Newport bay for a couple hours.

Excellent location & great home

Beautifully updated home equipped with just about everything you need. The location is phenomenal with views of the beach and ocean and the room configuration was great for our girls' trip. It was very bright and clean with nice linens and towels. Beach towels and chairs are available along with a nice garage and laundry. I would highly recommend this home!

Property update is spectacular and when Lisa says " well stocked with beach gear and everything you need" she means it...from towels, to beach umbrellas, wet suits, boards and chairs! Just a wonderful week at our favorite California location for the past 40 years!

home away from home!

Beautiful & newly renovated! Lisa has done a fantastic job on this property. This beach house has it all! Including a well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, linen closet and laundry area. Owners have thought of everything! Many extras included in this rental. The owners are super friendly, very responsive and easy too work with! The location can't be beat, we will definitely be repeat renters for years to come!!
