Everything about this listing was better than we could have imagined and surpassed every expectation . The decor and finishings were stunning. The rooms were huge and charming. The sauna, movie theatre and fire pit were highlights, but being able to walk out to see the farm animals each afternoon was the best experience of all! The dining room was perfect for our formal meals, but also game time. The pictures on the listing didn’t show the huge game room downstairs with ping pong table and separate kitchen and living room - perfect for our teens to have their own space. Sunsets were also a highlight each evening. We can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely beautiful! Our family stayed here during the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. Everyone had a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. There was plenty of spaces to spread out from the hot tub, the game room in the basement, puzzle making in the living room, eating in the large dining room, and cooking homemade pizzas in the kitchen. We said hello to all the farm animals. The owner was helpful and responsive- especially when we left an item at the house. Perfect place for a family gathering! We hope to return!!!

This house and property is absolutely spectacular. We were there with our family for my father-in-law's 90th birthday and an early Thanksgiving! It's so nice going to a house where we have absolutely no complaints every toilet works dishwasher works faucets work etc there was plenty of cookware and place settings that we didn't have to worry about running to the store and getting paper products instantly. On top of this being a farm and having all the farm animals that really made the trip special for a lot of people. We have booked many trips on VRBO and we have had the most compliments on this spot that we have picked I'm sure we will be back again

Best rental we have ever stayed in! The host was super communicative and very very sweet. She made us a welcome basket with a note and made our group feel very at home and welcomed. We loved the property, with all the animals and views. The inside was just gorgeous and very clean. 10 out of 10. We would rent here again!

This is one of those rare houses where the pictures can't begin to do it justice. We had the most perfect fall weekend—the fire pit, cornhole, visiting with the horses, walking to the barn with our coffee in the morning, glorious sunsets. The house is gorgeously appointed-- feels very luxurious. I would highly recommend staying here!

Of 35 acres you only have access to the drive way and back yard. The hot tub is so dangerous with no lighting and slick stairs that my 78 y/o mother slipped and fell. Then my 30 y/o nephew sliced his toe inside the actual tub. Archery is unusable with only broken arrows and bows that don’t pull. Animals are strictly prohibited from being touched. “Maintenance guy” came into property upon arrival with gift basket and lingered to “check hot tub chemicals” while my family was arriving from their exhausting 9 hour drive from VA. Property manager said maintenance guy would be onsite daily at 5pm to feed animals, but was back the next day at 12:30pm. The door knob to the main door into home thru screened porch was broken, causing people to be locked out. (The entire handle pulls off).) Multiple issues with front gate entrance from hwy 332.

We had amazing time as the farm celebrating a 50th Birthday. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We also spent a day at Chateau Elan which was extremely relaxing. Pearl was a wonderful host!

We had our wedding at the property during our stay. Pearl allowed us to visit ahead of our stay, very responsive to all of our questions, and quickly took care of all requests we had. Highly recommend staying here.

You absolutely must stay here. The animal interaction was absolutely amazing. All of our kids from our one year-old to our 16-year-old loved it. It actually made us go back to our own land and figure out how we’re going to lay out our property because we were so inspired.

Awesome Family Vacation Home!

Our stay at this property was simply awesome! It offered incredible spaciousness, and the thoughtful addition of a bathroom in every room was a significant highlight for our large group. The massive dining table was perfectly suited for 10 people, providing ample room for shared meals and laughter. The basement game room proved to be an invaluable asset, providing endless entertainment for all three generations of our family with foosball, basketball, and table tennis. We opted out of the sauna during our summer visit but look forward to experiencing it on a future trip. Furthermore, communicating with Pearl was always swift and straightforward. This property truly delivered a memorable and enjoyable experience for my entire family.

Georgia or Bust!

Wonderfully positioned on 36 acres in the midst of a major housing development but you didn't know it. There were horses, donkey, cats, lots of deer and peace and quiet. Overall - a very roomy house - only complaint is there was no Fox News and that is important. Plenty of shopping areas and options - golf course, antique, etc..Thank you Pearl Mai!!

Bridal Party

The White Horse Farm was the absolute best place for my daughter and her bridesmaids and spouses to stay for her wedding. Her and her husband also spent their wedding night here! The master suite was gorgeous as was the entire house. The peaceful setting was just what they needed before and after the wedding. Every e lived the horses and they gathered some eggs for breakfast. I could not have found a more picture perfect place. Everyone loved it!!
