"We left upstate SC that was over 100 degrees and have had no rain in weeks! What a sweet escape to 75 degrees and light rain with intermittent sunshine! House was lovely and had great outdoor spaces. "

"You cannot beat this location if you want the best of Blowing Rock! We loved being able to walk to the park, to shops, and to most restaurants. The apartment was well-equipped and very comfortable! "

"There is nothing I could say negative about this place. Kitchen very nice and wonderfully appointed. Had all the basics you would need and then some. The whole home was very nice, clean and comfortable. Check in and out was a piece of cake. Briana was a wonderful hostess "

"We had a great time at "Tranquility". Wonderful view, comfy king beds, super clean throughout, well-equipped kitchen. Every need was provided! Host was very responsive and helpful. And the area is wonderful for hikes, activities, etc."

"The creek is amazing. Deep enough to wade into. Location is convenient to Banner Elk (you have to try the Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster!!) and Boone (have to try Coyote Kitchen and Stick Boy!) While you're at it head up Beech Mountain in the summer and ride the chair lift to the top (there's a bar up there) and watch the mountain bikers ride down the mountain. House was convenient to all of this! Can't wait to return. Oh yeah, the homemade sour dough bread and jam are a welcome surprise. "

Our only suggestion would be to provide more information on the house for guests. (Trash pickup, info on the neighborhood, etc)"
