Had a small issue so we called Jonny who answered on the 2nd ring, talked us through the solution, and then gave us some tips on things to do. Great service. "4 night stay April 2026 (Sunday to Thursday) - accommodation very clean, comfortable and modern, hosts very welcoming - location peaceful (a few sheep and horses over the fence at the bottom of the garden, but no noise) and nice dark skies (I saw a few Lyrid meteors during my stay!). Great kitchen facilities (so you can easily self-cater if you want) and excellent shower, better accommodation than a hotel if visiting the area IMHO. "Lovely caravan overall. Mostly clean, although we did need to wash up the cutlery and cooking utensils as they were grubby/sticky with some food still on them. The garden is a nice grass area but not secure (had gaps through the hedges and nothing blocking under the caravan where there is a lot of debris). We kept our dog on a lead in the garden to be on the safe side.An outside light at the caravan would have been helpful for when coming back from a late night walk.Beauport Park is a great site...
