About this space - Cosy home tastefully decorated - Seaside location close to award winning beached - Free parking on premises - 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom - 1.8 miles from Tynemouth
The space I'm very excited to welcome guests to my cosy seaside home located a 2 minute walk from Cullercoats bay. My home is thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind and has a consistently charming style throughout the property. The property benefits from sea views and a South facing patio garden perfect for summer drinks with family or friends.
My property sleeps up to 4 guests (two double bedrooms with an optional airbed if needed). It is located in the heart of seaside town Cullercoats and 25 mins drive from Newcastle City Centre.
Ground Floor Entrance / living areas You will enter the property via the main front door which will lead you to a staircase. This staircase allows you to enter the main living area of the property. This has plenty sofa space for all guests, a dining area and a large wall mounted TV. The wife router will also be located in this space. The kitchen is located on the same floor as the living area. This space has all basic amenities including, Refrigeration, cooking equipment and washing up facilities. The ground floor also provides access to the private outside space available. This paved area is perfect for enjoying the sunshine with friends and family. You will also have sea views from this area. The ground floor contains a small storage area where the boiler hoover and other cleaning equipment can be found.
First Floor Both double bedrooms can be located on the first floor. One bedroom to the front and one bed at the rear of the property provide ample space for 4 guests to sleep. An additional airbed is also available at the property should you need it. White fresh linen will be provided for guests as well as complimentary travel toiletries. The bathroom is also located on the first floor. There is a shower and sink in the main bathroom and a sperate single toilet. Spare linen will also be available in the storage area on the first floor landing.
Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property with access to the property via a private door at the front of the property. The garden space is accessible via rear external sliding doors. The guests will not have access to the properties garage, however, there is a double drive available that will fit two vehicles. Other things to note
PARKING The property includes a private double drive with enough space for 2 cars to park free of charge throughout their stay.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Additional rules - Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. - Please use the table mats and coasters to protect the furniture - When leaving the property please make sure you lock all the door and windows - When leaving the property please turn the heating off when leaving the premises
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed
