Home from home.
The staff where so friendly it was like living with friends that you've known for years. Nothing was to much hassle.

Arrived late evening and check in was super quick. Lady at reception was lovely and very friendly.

It’s a hotel on a retail park so I didn’t expect too much. It was clean and comfortable, very basic. There was a lovely restaurant next door which was fine to take the kids in upstairs. There was a bar downstairs (beneath the restaurant) with a live DJ set (Saturday night) but we heard nothing from our room at front of the hotel, right next to the bar. Breakfast in a bag - as expected, porridge, water, fruit, croissant Family room £65 - happy with that

No frills but clean and comfortable, very friendly staff, good customer service Ticked the boxes for what we needed…somewhere to sleep whilst visiting family in the area. Good for price paid

Staff pleasant enough and service fine, but it’s a little tired and could have been cleaner. Bathroom fan not working, so smelled a little damp in room too. Bed comfy. Time for a refurb!

OK. Very tired looking accommodation and although clean it didn’t feel it. Lovely reception staff. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff extremely friendly and welcoming, had booked a family room but on arrival at gine midnight had been allocated a double room, staff quickly changed our room and checked we had everything we needed. Rooms were a bit dated but comfortable, breakfast bags a bit naff but lots of ahops locally and cafes for cooked breakfast.

Staff were really welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were warm but was provided with a fan to mitigate. Easy parking and access. Rooms and accommodation are a little tired but this is reflected in the price point. Would stay again if visiting area for a night or two.

There was a loud Late night pub next door which meant it was very noice in the late evening, the noise was not bad. Staff where great searched for a hard pillow without a fuss also solved. Good budget hotel

Great stay
Arrived at 2.15am (prior arrangement) and the receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Slept like a log, such a comfy bed. On checkout, we were given a breakfast bag with goodies in. Again, a very friendly receptionist. Very impressed x

We could hear every step the people above our room made. Floor Boards creaking even when people walked past our room and above us. Wish breakfast was a proper cooked full breakfast. Couldn’t regulate the heating in the room, so it was roasting hot all night. Road traffic very noisy. Some of the staff were lovely.

Really tired and run down. Rooms in desperate need of redecorating. I had to swap rooms as the TV didn’t work. When I advised reception, I was told that it just needed time but the receptionist did have time to sort it and asked if I wanted another room. I moved room, same shabby standard but everything worked.

Brilliant!!
Arrived late due to travel. Staff was welcoming, and polite. Room was tidy and clean. Super comfy bed. On check out, i needed to make a few calls before leaving, The woman on reception was accommodating, aloud me to sit in the lobby, offerd and took time out to do this and make me the coffee. Would 100% stay again.

Overnight stay at weekend
Room was reasonable for price range, bedding/towels etc were clean. Bit noisy from the pub/restaurant but not overly so. Night staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. We would stay again!

Lovely hotel
Nice simple hotel, beds are comfortable, plenty of parking available, just what we needed for visiting family nearby. The breakfast packs are brilliant and the staff are lovely.

The hotel is dated, with basic accomodation, however meets all your needs for a couple of nights stay. Staff our amazing and a credit to the company, overall happy with our stay.
