"Hotel was spotlesly clean. Super comfortable bed and large, fluffy towels. The staff were absolutely amazing, perfect combination of friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is convenietly situated on the Quayside, a short uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go. We dined in the restaurant on our 1st night, it was expesive even by London standards (£270 for 3 of us, 2 courses each) but the quality was excellence and the food was tasty. We would definitely use this hotel...

The hotel was in a great location and we really appreciated the fact that the lift went down to the quayside as we had a pram with us so the steps would’ve been very difficult.
