Lindo hotel muy bien ubicado
El hotel es hermoso, la ubicación es fabulosa. Es moderno y cruzando un puente peatonal antiguo y bello está s en la zona centrica de la ciudad. El cuarto es muy comodo y el baño también. Un poquito de fallas con respecto a la limpieza del cuarto, pero cuando lo comenté fue muy amablemente tomado en cuenta el comentario y se me dijo que se iban a ocupar de ese tema de inmediato.

Good stay - the check-in was fantastic as the lady that served us was great! Housekeeping did wake us up even though we were only staying the one night and hadn’t checked out yet. The lift in the car park was out of service on leaving. Other than that all good!

Stayed for one night to attent a concert at the Glasshouse. Hotel was very convenient to walk to the theatre, good clean room and service. We had breakfast which was good quality and value for money.

The kitchen let us down.
The hotel restaurant offered a bad service. The kitchen didn’t bring our main courses for at least 1 hr after our starters were finished. The waitress explained they had a private function on and that had used up all the French fries and we could only have sweet potatoes with our food. The battered fish had a strong smell of rancid fish. However, the waiting staff were excellent and diligent. We had some drinks in the bar area and that was excellent. The service were excellent. It was a shame we were let down by the Kitchen. The rooms were lovely and comfortable for a family,

The staff during our whole stay were very respectful and helpful. The room was very comfortable and we had a wonderful view. Parking was easy and we would definitely stay again.

We booked for 1 night as we were going to see a show at the glasshouse & this hotel is within easy walking distance. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We checked in & were told they had upgraded our room, I'm thinking a lovely river view & balcony however room 457 wasn't quite that it faced the tyne bridge & all the traffic that uses it. We used the pool which is small & was busy. The self service breakfast was very nice.

Great check-in from front desk. Room was a good size, on the executive floor - had a balcony but the door to it was locked (seemed to be out of action). The room was furnished adequately but is quite old and has minor areas of disrepair. Room service was the fastest I've ever had in a hotel and had a really convenient online system for ordering (very innovative, well done). The Hotel is in a great location, close to Quayside and town centre. The lobby is beautiful and spacious. We didn't get time to try out the gym and pool sadly. One of the annoying things was the time we had to wait for the concierge (who didn't ever seem to be at the desk) both on checking in our bags and picking them up again after check-out. Also when paying £600 for two nights I expect something bigger than a standard double bed! On balance we enjoyed our stay. The price point is probably not in keeping with the experience (but inflation is no doubt at play here) but if the other 4/5 star hotels are booked up, the Hilton is a solid choice for a weekend stay.

Great location with fantastic views of the Tyne Bridge from the lobby and our room. Only 5 min taxi into Eldon Sq. The kids loved swimming before breakfast. Would definitely recommend and book again. Great clean smart hotel

Good stay for easy access to Newcastle
We stayed for 1night, check in was easy, room was nice enough for a standard, quite big which was great. Poor view though, extractor didn't work in bathroom, air con was poor, couldn't get below 22.5degrees, and no windows open which made it quite stuffy. We would still return and maybe pay for an executive room next time, expensive though for what it is. Gym was good but in a poor location.

Consider all options when staying in Newcastle
No issues with the employees working at the hotel but this Hilton needs a significant refresh. I stayed on the Executive floor and the furniture and chairs are worn out. The restaurant was out of many of the selections. Second time there and I validated my first experience. I’ve stayed at Hiltons all over the globe and this one rates near the bottom. The general manager either doesn’t care or on their way out.
