"We only stayed for one night. The contact to the Premier Inn before our arrival was very good. When we arrived the receptionist was welcoming and very friendly!!! Just a different receptionist on the following morning wasn't really friendly. Otherwise we had a good experience with this hotel."

We had tea and (very nice) cake there in the afternoon (eventually), and when we turned up for breakfast the next morning, our tea dishes were still on the table.
