"First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding).
Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings.
Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made.
Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed).
On a positive note, service was good overall.
Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy."

"The property is in a mid terrace house in a dilapidated part of town. It is either an attic or loft conversion with creaking wooden floor boards. To access the property, there is a steep and narrow winding stair case .
The bathroom is en-suite but there was no working shower . The radiator was on full heating all night making the room uncomfortably hot. There is a TV monitor placed on the table , not fixed. It is attached to Wi-Fi but no Wi-Fi code is provided for customer use. The staff...

"Feel like the pictures and description did not meet expectations or match the property. This property is more of a bedsit with shared kitchen and living area. The room is big enough for a double bed and enough room to walk round it. The bathroom was ok, unfortunately the shower head was leaking and the power in the shower fluctuates, possibly when another person runs water in the property. We only got one bath towel for an adult and child, not even a hand towel. Not sure where the city view was...
