10 Days in Nevis, Wonderful vacation spot

Where to start. Our Hosts, Louise and Peter were extremely helpful in making our arrival arrangements seamless. It made our 1st day back on the island wonderful. The pictures on VBRO do not give the home justice and we were not disappointed in any way. Using the outdoor shower was great start to every day. The warm infinity pool had the brush trimmed so you could see the ocean and St Kitts, so the picture is 100% accurate, and great sunsets - this was not the case at the last home we were at on Nevis. Monkey Troops came by at least every other morning for our entertainment, but they did not bother us at all. The home is in very close driving distance to Oualie Beach, Lovers beach, Chrishi Beach, Herbert's Beach, St Thomas Beach (we call Sand dollar beach) and of course Pinneys Beach. After visiting Nevis for 20 years, we highly recommend this home and hope to return next year.

Too Short Of a Stay

Wonderful place to stay. The views are awesome. Coccoloba is a beautiful home with all the conveniences to make your stay enjoyable and not wanting to leave during your stay.

Paradise at Coccoloba!

My husband and I stayed the fabulous Coccoloba for our 25th wedding anniversary. What a treat! The infinity pool and its mesmerizing view drew us in daily. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and fully stocked for cooking, reading, music, and television (though gazing at the view of the Narrows between St.Kitts and Nevis is better than any tv show). It is an easy walk down to Oualie Beach. We loved the kitty T.C. and enjoyed her daily visits. The beds were plush and comfy, and the outdoor showers were a lovely touch. Most beautiful home! Terrific place, great hosts!

We spent a week here. Having traveled extensively for over 40 years, we can say this is one the most beautiful houses we have stayed at. Elegant, graceful, spacious, with one of the best caribbean views (and pool), you will not be disappointed. The owners were very helpful both before we arrived and while we were there helping with travel details.

Amazing Stay at Coccoloba

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It was a birthday present to me and it will definitely rank up there as one of my all time favorites. The home was clean, well appointed and wonderfully secluded and relaxing. We enjoyed watching the crazy monkeys swing from the trees and taking care of the sweet tabby cat, TC. The sunsets were magical and the cool, sea breeze delightful. We hope to be able to return very soon.

Best place to stay while visiting Nevis!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay while on Nevis. If you are looking for both flexible and an accommodating host; this is the place for you. Peter and Louise were by far the best owners ever and really provided our family with not only a breathtaking place to stay, but also to provide us with great knowledge in what to expect, as this was our first time traveling to both St. Kitts and Nevis. While enjoying the beauty of the island and all that there was to offer; we exceptionally enjoyed the quality time spent at their home. Our family are pet-lovers, so it was an extra bonus to have their community cat, TC, come and hang out with us at their home. I highly recommend their home for anyone seeking to have an adventure and be pampered! Thanks again for all the hospitality! Looking forward to next time!!

Paradise in Nevis

My wife and I had a perfect vacation at this property. What separates this property from the rest are the owners. Peter and Louise are wonderful - they are accommodating in every regard. They are meticulous in all of the details and genuinely care about their guests satisfaction. Guests are encouraged to sign a guest book before leaving which illustrates how much Peter and Louise care. We will be back!

Paradise at its' FINEST!

This home is nothing less than SPECTACULAR! Although I'm hesitant to write a review, as my selfishness wants to keep it a secret all to myself, I'd give it 10 stars if I could! The home is fully stocked from kitchen appliances to pool towels & floats, extremely clean and very well maintained, Bluetooth speaker and Smart TV, comfortable bedding & bedroom ACs, and most importantly, it has the most AMAZING views on the entire island! Louise & Peter are so sweet and extremely helpful! Peter even welcomed us as we exited the water taxi! They had everything planned from the airport taxi to the water taxi, and even a rental car if needed. (Warning: off roads are treacherous, so consider an SUV if renting a vehicle for your stay) The road to the house can be a little bumpy & worrisome at first, but once you step foot in the house, the view in front of you will surely confirm it is worth the ride! You will NOT want to leave, once you arrive! And to be honest, there really is no reason to leave. And if it's meals your worried about, Peter & Louise have that covered as well! Our personal Chef Mark Roberts was absolutely amazing!! (Instagram: Nevis Chefs) You must reserve him for at least one of your dinners while there! It was definitely some of the best meals I've ever had! You will not be disappointed! If your adventurous and want to travel out for dinner a night or two, Montpelier Inn and Golden Rock Inn are spectacular! And of course, don't miss sipping on the "Killer Bee" drinks at Sunshine's right down the road. But be careful, it can sting you after just one glass! Don't hesitate to book this house! We were reserved at the Four Seasons, and we're so happy we chose Coccoloba instead! It's private, it's beautiful, it's romantic, and you will have the most incredible vacation in this little slice of PARADISE! Can't wait to return in 2 years!

Simply Amazing!

Our stay at Coccoloba was exactly the vacation we imagined when we booked our stay. The villa is stunning and felt like a home away from home. The view and sunsets from the house are stunning. We didn't leave the house most evenings as we were enjoying the villa and the entire property. Thank you to Peter and Louise for being fantastic hosts from start to finish. We have already reserved a week next year!

A Wonderful Winters Break

Lovely Windward House

The house has a very warm, family-oriented, happy feel. It is not fancy, but had everything for a great time, including amazing views of the ocean and, behind you, Mount Nevis. The neighborhood is Nevisian, with lots of animals (charming, noisy at times), a lovely, warm wind, and beautiful moonrises and sunrises over the Atlantic. The plunge pool was refreshing after climbing to Nevis peak! We loved WhimSea Villa and would rent it again.

Amazing time!

Beautiful home!

House and grounds were amazing! We spent most of our time at the villa enjoying the views and hanging out with Trouble the cat - she's quite the charmer. We took advantage of the barbecue and well stocked kitchen for meals. The stove top griddle was great for grilled sandwiches! We also really appreciated that arrangements to and from the airport were taken care of by our wonderful hosts. Fantastic vacation, thank you Louise and Peter!

Spectacular View!

We absolutely loved the 3 weeks we stayed at the Villa! Peter & Louise met us on arrival and are delightful. Louise coordinated our coming and going from Nevis including our rental car. The villa, the view and the pool were like a hidden paradise. The owners have taken great lengths to make the grounds breathtaking as well. The bedrooms were super comfortable. The bathrooms are well done and the master has an outside shower that feels like you are showering in an island paradise. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything we needed was there! The best is the pool area with the infinity pool, comfortable chaises, couches and dining table.....THE SUNSET IS AMAZING!

Our family had a terrific time during our 10 days at Coccoloba. Peter and Louise could not have been more hospitable before and during our trip, down to helping us secure a rental vehicle ahead of time and ensuring we were met upon arrival at the airport. The home was beautiful and the views hard to beat. Very accessible location to nearly beaches - by car or foot, if you’re willing to brave the walk back up the hillside - and restaurant recommendations were right on the mark. Kids had fun tending to Trouble the cat as well. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Incredible Caribbean Vacation!

We just returned home after a fabulous relaxing stay at Coccoloba. The house is situated on a mountainside with breathtaking views of the Carribean Sea, Atlanta Ocean, and St. Kitts. It was spacious and well maintained. The house is surrounded by a luscious tropical garden providing total privacy. The heated infinity pool was used everyday! The kitchen is well equipped for making all meals. We especially enjoyed dining al fresco soaking in our beautiful panoramic view. The bedrooms are very nice with high ceilings and very comfortable beds. Peter and Louise are the utmost hosts accomadating any and every need. They were a delight to meet and helped us with many reccomendations around the island. They had provided a few essential groceries to get us started and they arranged all transportation to and from St. Kitts. They were always just a text away! We also saw many monkeys around the property, exotic birds, and we can't forget their 2 friendly cats, Trouble and T.C. This truly was a unforgettable vacation! HerbSheila S..

Wonderful Nevis paradise with breathtaking view

Fabulous place! Fabulous island and people. Peter and Louise were fantastic hosts who made everything easy. The house is beautifully designed and constructed and it was so wonderful opening up all the doors so the house and the outside were one space. And it was also refreshing that the landscaping was lush and blended with the architecture so well. Ideal for two couples.
