Really like this hotel. We have stayed here 3 times to and from Colorado. Very clean and service was good. Room is roomy and comfortable. The food and service in Grazers was excellent too. We will stay here again on other trips.

The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The gym facilities were definitely above average. Rooms just a little dated, but well maintained.

Thank you. We are open 5 years. As a non-brand hotel we choose not to be all white and have an overly modern look. Our feel is to be homey and welcoming. We appreciate your business.

The room was clean and the facility itself was clean. The best thing was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reasonable pricing.

The room was nice and spacious. The heater did not work. It was over 90 degrees in the room. Went to the front desk to ask how to turn down the heat. . The very unfriendly check in clerk threw a remote to my husband. It did not work very well. The room was hot for the two days that we stayed there. There was no window so that we could cool it down. Bed was ok. Pillows are uncomfortable. This is the nicest place to stay in Newcastle. There is a nice pool and hot tub, and exercise room. TV needs to be bigger for the large room.

Hotel was nice for most part, beds and pillows not very comfortable, some sheets had looked to be blood stains, and like most hotels motels the rooms are not cleaned daily so had to go ask for more towels on second night, Breakfast was very good and glad it has usable pool and hot tub.

The pool and hot tub were very clean. The breakfast was outstanding. The beds were listed as queen, but they were doubles. The pillow were really uncomfortable. The rooms had a strong chemical odor from cleaning products. It was very quiet.

Spent 3 nights no maid service had to go down to the front desk for clean towels. Top it off hot tub was out of order. Not worth the money

I didnt know what time check in was stopped by at 230 and was told to come back at 3 but might not get in then, came back at 320 sat in the lobby for 10 mins to wait for them to tell my my room wasnt ready yet and to come back at 4

Best place in Newcastle
Great place to stay. Very clean and taken care of. The only complaint I would have is the breakfast there were not too many selections and the food was just fair.

Rooms were dark. Coffe machine in the room was old, lids of coffee ups were filthy! Front desk staff were lovely.
