"It was a disaster, definitely not what I expected. Firstly there was no warm water, A/c was not working and I went and found an empty bottle and cigarette butt on the floor in my room. How can you have a hotel with no iron, microwave or refrigerator???? Honestly the only good thing you guys have at the hotel is the receptionist. I’m never coming back!!!!!"

"First thing is this was one of the best vacations I have had. Gary, the Property Mgr is an amazing man. If you ask him, he will help you. I loved his insight and if he didn't know, he knew who had the info. The property is "rustic", so if you don't enjoy that then you may feel odd.
