A truly relaxing and memorable stay

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxuries house.It is extremely comfortable with stunning views. The house has been carefully designed and lots of extras were included, in fact everything that you may need during your stay. It was very peaceful, tranquil place. A truly hidden gem, a credit to the hosts of the property.Thank you!

Perfect Place to Getaway

Jon and Gabrielle were amazing hosts with a very beautiful property!We were a group of 10 adults going for our annual getaway. Jon had great communication every step of the way and checking in and out was very simple. Place was very well stocked and I cannot speak any more highly of how accomodating and homey this place was. Jon provided recommendations and history of the area which we really appreciated and followed some of the activities which we thoroughly enjoyed including a day trip to Hunter Valley. Thank you so much Jon and Gabrielle for the opportunity to let us call this beautiful place home for a little bit. The group is already speaking about booking for next year's trip!

Everything you need for a group getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Blacksmiths Beach. The house was spacious, well kept, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a few days away with a small group of friends. Jon and Gabrielle were incredibly accomodating and helpful, and it’s clear that they put a lot of care into the property. I have already recommended the place to family and friends. Best Christmas holiday house

Wonderful stay, couldn’t ask for anything more. House fully equipped with so much entertainment and plenty of room for everyone!!! Not to mention the beach just a short stroll away!!! The locals are super friendly. The adults were well rested and the kids were entertained every second.. the only trouble was deciding what to eat or drink for the day.. we have made lovely new 2023 Christmas memories, Thank you Jon and Gabrielle.

Great location, awesome presentation and amazing host

Our families had a great experience renting out John’s home. The property is huge and is just across the road from beach access. He provided a multitude of towels, toiletries and even small snacks for everyone to enjoy. We had an amazing Christmas. Thanks John!!

The property was well setout, the fitout is really nice and luxurious. The property location across the Rd from the beach is also a Greta aspect of this rental. I highly recommend anyone going to blacksmiths / Swansea area to book this property Joe

Great location and property

Everything had been thought of. Big rooms, plenty of space for our 2 families. Gorgeous decor, right across from the beach. The only disappointment was that we needed to live out of our suitcases as there was no storage / cupboards/ hanging space in all bedrooms apart from bed 1.

Perfect Christmas Getaway

We stayed at Jon and Gabrielle's property for our annual friends and family Christmas get together and could not have had a better time. The property is clean and well equipped to prepare a Christmas meal for all, with so many separate spots for everyone to hang out at. We'll be back next year at Christmas again!

Greatest parents and kids retreat

The property is fantastic and the location works summer or winter. Summer you can take advatage of the beach and water activities and in winter enjoy the fantastic facilities at the home. The kids could not believe the games retreat out the back and were so disappointed when it was time to head home. Jon is a fantastic host and provided fantastic information before the stay to help with planning some things to do

Brilliant Family Gem

The photos look good but the place is even better! Spacious, well kept and immaculately presented. Hosts, Jon & Gabrielle, provided many extra touches to make us feel welcome and at home. Weather-wise, it could have been a miserable weekend, with non-stop rain, and flooding, but the house more than made up for it and we had a great family get together. Cannot wait to get back!

beautiful spot

we came for our annual trip to State Championships and what an amazing stay it was! The house was perfectly located, incredibly clean, and i have never stayed in better supplied accommodation. Owners really have their guests in mind. Even the neighbours are nice, next door neighbour gave our children bunch of home grown bananas! Beautiful, comfortable stay! I wish all Stayz houses are like this! Loved it and hope to be back!

Gorgeous Location right off Blacksmiths

This property seems to be recently renovated with a modern style and thoughtful additions. All kitchens are fully equipped making cooking an ease. The hangout area in the back was one of the highlight areas as well as Caves beach which is a short drive away. Blacksmiths point was also awesome. 100% would recommend this place for a short getaway with close friends and family.

Extended Family Weekend Away

This property was absolutely perfect for our extended family. We had booked the house for a belated Christmas weekend away and it did not disappoint. Firstly Jon was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the very beginning, offering advice on local restaurants and popular beach locations, and was very clear on check in and check out information. There was everything that we needed in the house and more - we'll definitely be back again.
