"The air con wasn't working, and I approached the staff and was told that they can't do anything. No staff was available to even look at the reason why the air con wasn't working. It could have simply been a tripped circuit breaker, but no one was even available to check. I had driven the whole day and was extremely tired by the time I reached the property and could not sleep the whole night. I woke up terribly tired after whatever sleep I could get during the night. "Over all - you’re paying top dollar to be on the water. The cleaning fee is very expensive for the minimal cleaning that is carried out. Nice place, but with the lack of attention to keeping it clean and maintained, it is very expensive just to be on the water front. (Which mind you, is extremely public and shared with a lot of people so don’t expect a nice sleep in) "
