However, I had to give a low rating for two reasons: Cleanliness issues and the generally run down condition/deferred maintenance inside. "I enjoyed the country feel being on the outskirts of the city. The house is modern, clean, nicely furnished and decorated. It is well designed to maximize the space. Many nice touches. I especially enjoyed looking out the window at the hummingbirds using the feeder while I worked.."
