Also, we were given pods for the coffee maker but only 2 coffee and the rest were tea. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Bring your own."

"This is an authentic cottage with all the amenities you might need for a great weekend stay near Plum Island. The host was responsive and timely in messaging and made us feel welcome. All the necessary items were there and we really liked the cozy beach vibe and skylights that made the main area bright. E would definitely love to return and stay longer. "

"Great spot to stay in Newburyport. Walkable to all downtown restaurants and the Clipper rail trail. Quiet room itself, kinda like an “efficiency” apartment. Everything was clean and up to date. The pictures are accurate. Parking is limited and tight - I was lucky to park each night, but it’s close to overnight parking should you need it."
