"We had such a great time at Sunset Paradise. It has a great location with wonderful views, a bit of privacy, and a cozy, fun house. The kitchen was stocked with all the extras you could need. Everything was maintained well, clean, and in good order. Plum Island was wonderful as well, we will be back someday. Highly recommend this gem of a place."

"Collin's apartment was the perfect home base for exploring the charming town of Newburyport. We absolutely fell in love with the area, and this flat provided an ideal location to experience everything this wonderful coastal community has to offer.Collin proved to be an excellent host throughout our stay. "My family and I stayed one night in this fabulous house. It was absolutely perfect. It was walking distance to the downtown, which was exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I enjoyed coffee together in the morning while listening to the record played and reading those adorable husband & wife “little books”. What a perfect addition. We will definitely be back!"

"Great space with amenities needed for an overnight for our family. Clean with linens etc and even a library of books. Great communication by owner. Will visit again if in the area in the future. "

"The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. We were unable to reach the ceiling fan chain without having to get on the bed, The Air Conditioner wasn't working on he first floor which made it a bit stuff but with open windows at...
