We had a lovely stay here on New Year’s Eve and day. The kitchen had everything we needed to have a nice dinner. We were able to watch a beautiful sunset from the house. The house was clean and was an easy walk to the beach!

What a fabulous house. We celebrated Thanksgiving which is a tradition to take the weekend and spend time together. This is our favorite location yet. It is very well stocked for cooking which is always a treat. The bedrooms are exceptionally comfortable and there are thermostats in every room. So each person's preferences for temperature are available. Really awesome experience! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay at this very clean, quiet, and spacious whole house within walking distance to the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge. There was easy access to a pristine and sandy beach, cute decor, very comfortable mattresses, and great water pressure. We would definitely stay here again.

The open-concept living space was bright and airy, filled with natural light, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day in the sun. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, making meal preparation a breeze.Cleanliness is often a concern when renting a vacation property, but this house was immaculate. It was evident that the owners take great pride in maintaining their space, ensuring that every corner was spotless and welcoming. The location couldn't have been better! With the beach just a short walk away, we found ourselves enjoying sun-soaked days without the hassle of driving or parking while being close enough to town for great dining and shopping. Lovely beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is spacious and the bedrooms and kitchen had everything we needed. The second floor living space had beautiful natural light from all the giant windows. Easy 2 minute walk to the beach, and although its not directly on the water you can hear the ocean from the deck. Easy off street parking too. We stayed during the off season, so the area was pretty quiet which we enjoyed. Visited some great coffee shops and restaurants nearby as well. We would love to stay again in the summer!

Beautiful home

The house is exactly as pictured and a short walk to the beach. On clear days, we could see the ocean in the distance. The home is well-appointed, with comfortable furniture, quality kitchen utensils, generous “base” supplies, and the whole house was spotless! We loved driving into Newburyport to shop and dine (be sure to eat at Poynt!), and, had the weather been nicer, we would’ve walked around the neighborhood or on the rail trail. Absolutely perfect for our annual girls’ weekend!

Perfect Getaway!

We’ve stayed at Plum Island for years and this was our first time booking this home. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway with extended family- three generations under one roof! So close to the beach and the wildlife preserve as well. Highly recommend!

Paradise on the Beach

Clean! Wonderful hosts! Location location location...steps from the beach...the house has everything you need and more...Lots of room, beautiful decks, steps from the beach, and so close to town. We can't wait to book again for next year! No need to search for another house...take this one while you can!

Wedding Guest Stay

Four adults with four kids (age 5 and under) stayed comfortably for 2 nights to attend a wedding in the area. The beach was close by and very nice. Parking for large SUVs was easy. The bedrooms downstairs and living space upstairs was a very good layout for our stay with young kids; it was good to have that separation. Beds were comfortable, couch was comfortable, and kitchen was very functional. Plenty of bathrooms for our stay. Many large beach towels were made available to use. We considered using the trundle bed as a sleeping option for a child but no extra linens were readily available and the fitted sheet on that bed was not clean. The top bunk was fine for a 5 year old but didn’t seem sturdy enough for an adult or a larger child. Bath towels were clean but there weren’t extra available. Overall we found the house quite suitable and we would come back for another long weekend another time!

Lovely getaway weekend stay

Close to remarkable Parker River Refuge and beach, so convenient to Newburyport for dining, balconies perfect for enjoying the outdoors for morning coffee and conversation, comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen, bathrooms, linens. Plenty of seating for means and conversation, felt very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Great Ski Trip

The house was perfect for our stay. Newburyport is very quaint. We had to drive through it each time we hit the slopes at Ski Bradford abiu 45 minutes away. Plum Island offered beatiful ocean views and the beach was a mere 5 minutes from the house. We also took the commuter train into the city that took about an house. The train station was about 15 minutes away. The house large enough for our group of 8...3 teenage girls slept in the bunk room, 2 teenage boys took the loft...83 year old Uncle stay in the queen room and my husband and I were in the master. The only complain from everyone was thar the sheets were a bit scratchy. It may be time for new sheets for all of the bed. Overall thought, the house was great.
