"This property was exceptional! It had everything we needed to cook, wash our clothes and just enjoy. We were there in mid-September so it was a little bit cool in the mornings but the pool seemed to hold the warmth of the day. Floaters (even for kids toddlers) plenty of comfy seating outside to enjoy the pool. It has a bbq grill (we didn’t use) and plenty of space around the pool. We slept in the 1st level bedroom. "Overall it was a wonderful stay! We stayed as our entire family for our trip to Holiday World and used all the rooms and beds. There were linens provided for all beds (except for pillow cases) and plenty of towels for everyone! Just a heads up, if you do plan to come be sure to bring all your own shower supplies as no soaps/hair products were provided. The host was very responsive and it was a very smooth process! The location was great for our visit and do plan to return!"

"My family and I stayed here for labor day weekend. We were visiting my wife's family. The place was every clean and the host was amazing. He responded to all my questions and made check in very easy. We will definitely stay agin."

"Great location in Owensboro. We came for a softball tournament and it was convenient to everything. Be aware that there are lots of up and down transitions in this house (step up from entryway, step down to bedrooms, slight step up to bathroom. I only mention this in case renters have mobility issues. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again."

"We had 6 adults. Stayed for a weekend. Great location for entertainment downtown and Haynies corner. Spankeys pizza right there. We had everything we needed and communication with owner was great. Cute house! Would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful experience!"

"We had extended family staying together for a funeral. House was spacious and everyone had plenty of room. Unfortunately, there weren’t enough towels for everyone and the owner never replied to my request for two more towels. Also, railing to enter the house is very loose and not usable, which made getting up the front steps unsafe for an older uncle. "

"Christen was great to respond and was eager to allow an earlier check in to match our schedule. The house was great with a lot of space. Everything was clean and neat. Nice fenced in yard for our pets and awesome view of the nearby river. Great trip!"
