Newbiggin upon the Sea House
Elevated but right on the seafront with a few steps down to the beach. Comfortable property which we loved. There is a garage for the car, but ours was a little big so had to park on the street. Plenty of places to visit nearby. We had a takeaway on night and they deliver to the back door. Loved our stay, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Wonderful Experience
We had a great time here. Such a sweet and peaceful spot. We had the beach all to ourselves most days and the beach house was much cozier than other places we have stayed. Morning views were amazing and the place was full of everything we needed. Owners were super responsive. All around a great adventure for us.

Beautiful and peaceful
We really enjoyed our days by the sea and in this house and can highly recommend it! The house is well and carefully furnished (very nice bed linen), large windows with a beautiful view of the bay and seating outside in the garden. It is in a very quiet location in a relaxed environment. There is a lovely café within walking distance right by the bay. The house also offers plenty of space.

The location of the property was excellent with a stunning sea view. The house was large and had everything we required. The property was listed as a non smoking residence but the porch and hallway had a distinct smell of cigarette smoke which was very off putting. But overall a very pleasant stay and a bonus was the weather.

Northumberland Vacation
Wonderful vacation home, fully equipped and in a great location. Right on the beach, just a few steps to the long promenade of Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, a small town with all the essentials (restaurants, pubs, small supermarket). Newcastle upon Tyne can be reached by car in 30 minutes and is definitely worth a visit. Check in and check out were excellent.

Bay View is a fabulous property. Very well equipped and clean, the house is a great home-away-from-home. A great base to explore the sights and attractions of Northumberland. The views of the bay, and accessibility to the beach are second to none.

Grandiose Aussicht
Haus in erster Reihe mit einer grandiosen Aussicht. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht inkl. Garage für kleine Autos. Newbiggin ist ein kleiner, ruhiger Ort, der jedoch ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist. Es fehlt der Flair eines Urlaubsortes z.B. im Vergleich zu Cornwall. Wer jedoch Ruhe sucht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

A beautiful view from bay window
We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, clean house with a superb of the bay. Everything we could wish for was provided and weather, although mixed did not affect our enjoyment. Highlight was seeing four dolphins frolicking in the bay but sadly only on one evening.

Fabulous 5 * stay at Bay View !
We all had a wonderful stay at Bay View. The photos of the view out of the house overlooking the bay don’t really do it justice. Every time I walked into the living room it was a wow moment! The house is lovely, super clean & spacious too. All the utensils, essentials & a lovely welcome pack were provided which was great. We had a very comfortable stay. It was so great for us to be so close to the promenade and beach. I have mobility problems ( I use a walking stick) but I managed to get down a fair number of steps from the house to the beach several times a day. ( I was having a good week) . The host Simon was lovely too, he was very quick to respond to questions. Great Guy! We were lucky to see a full strawberry moon over the bay ….it was spectacular! On our last day we saw dolphins in the bay outside from the living room window ….what a special treat & memory to take home! New Biggin as a location surpassed our expectations. The area is lovely. The locals and neighbours were super friendly and welcoming. We will definitely visit again. Thank you so much Simon for letting us stay at your very special property. Sharn

Amazing view out the front
The property is just as described. It is finished to a high standard, immaculately clean and with the most amazing view from the front windows looking over the bay. Very good value for money and good base to explore the Northumberland coast.

Stunning views
A beautiful house with wonderful views, and sounds of the sea. Not much can beat a rainbow, waves and an autumn sunset, from the comfort of two perfectly positioned chairs in the lounge. Exceptionally clean and well furnished, can't wait to return!

Das Haus, mit einer traumhaften Aussicht, ist zentral, (kleiner Einkaufsmarkt, Bäcker und die örtlichen Lokalitäten sind innerhalb 5 Minuten über die Strandpromenade fußläufig erreichbar) in angenehmer, ruhiger Nachbarschaft gelegen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.Die Kommunikation (per WhatsApp) mit dem Vermieter war perfekt. Die Angaben im Inserat sind absolut korrekt.

Very happy with our decision..
... to stay in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea in this really well equiped house right on the beach. Couldn't have made a better choice. We enjoyed every single day of our vacation. The view over the ocean in the pictures isn't nearly as stunning as it is in real. Sleeping with open windows and just hearing the sound of the sea was sensational. In addition we came across a very friendly neighbourhood. Five stars + and highly recommended by a family with two boys aged ten and twelve.

Family Fun
The property was really stunning, even nicer than we expected. The rooms are all of generous proportions and are furnished with quality furniture. There was plenty of room for the whole family. The house was a great base for exploring Newbiggin and the surrounding area. Having the beach literally on the front doorstep made our stay even more special. Simon was really friendly and helpful in his communication. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous sea views, quality & comfortable accomodation
I stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my time. Sea views are outstanding and the property is to a good standard. Has everything you should need. Parking is very limited though - just one car unless you have a small car that will fit into the garage. Owner Simon very helpful. I would certainly stay there again.

A superb retreat
A truly stunning view from this beautifully maintained little house. Warm, friendly locals and superb places to visit. You can come home and watch the dolphins in the bay with your gin and tonic. Utterly charming.
