Me gusto mucho la limpieza, la atención del personal, especialmente de Depesha en front desk, muy amable y servicial. Lo que no me gusto es que el último día, ayer el televisor tuvo desperfectos pero luego fue arreglado. Por lo demás fue perfecto especialmente para el propósito por el cual nos quedamos. Fue mi segunda vez y volvería. Altamente recomendado, especialmente para estadías largas,

Esperé hora y media por transportación para el aeropuerto y nunca llegó. Tuve que ir en Uber.

El punto muy negativo de la estadía, fue el desayuno, el cual no era variado, de frutas sólo tenían manzana roja, naranja (fruta entera), nada más de fruta. Los huevos y las hamburguesas, las ofrecían congeladas, y debía hacerse una larga fila frente al único horno que servía (de los dos que había), y los insumos para preparar pancakes (lo cual puede ser suficiente para el norteamericano pero no para un latino). Los huevos duros, congelados, y era dispendioso calentarlos en el horno. El desayuno debe ser variado, de la estancia de 4 días y 3 noches, todos los días el desayuno fue exactamente igual, y ni siquiera el 1 de enero pudieron ofrecer algo diferente. El hotel en todos los otros aspectos está bien pero el desayuno es un punto muy negativo para la imagen del establecimiento.

Las instalaciones estan muy bien, nuevas y bien hechas. El personal es muy amable y servicial en el front desk. El desayuno deberian de mejorarlo con mas variedad. El servicio de limpieza en los cuartos es deficiente, no limpian todos los dias, ni cambian toallas.
