"We had a wonderful stay at this property while attending the University of Delaware football game. The drive to the stadium was about 20 minutes with traffic, which was very convenient. The hosts were AMAZING and incredibly accommodating, making our visit smooth and comfortable. The location is excellent, with outstanding restaurants, a movie theater, and a mall just minutes away. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Wilmington area!"

"The dome and surrounding areas looks like it does in the photos, and using the compost toilet, shower, etc were pretty easy even for a camping novice like myself. The farm is beautiful and quiet. Good opportunities for birding too. I never saw or heard the gentlemen who live in the farmhouse, I only saw their cars come and go. I came here for rest and a connection to nature, and that’s what I got. I’d love to come back in the future! I think it would be even nicer later in the spring."

"It is important to note that this house was originally built as an Inn in 1714 if I remember correctly, so it is over 300 years old. It has had a lot of modifications since then, but what you are getting is an opportunity to essentially sleep in a museum. There are various things throughout the house that might leave you scratching your head, crooked door frames and light switches that are in weird places, and obviously there is wear-and-tear on floors and walls, but it all contributes to the...
