Step onto your private rooftop deck and take in breathtaking skyline views of Hudson Yards. The Neighborhood:

Hell’s Kitchen is one of Manhattan’s most vibrant and dynamic neighborhoods, offering the perfect blend of city energy and residential charm. Known for its rich history, diverse dining scene, and close proximity to Broadway, this west-side enclave attracts professionals, creatives, and city lovers alike. With easy access to Hudson Yards, Central Park, and the waterfront at Hudson River Park, Hell’s Kitchen provides a lively yet livable atmosphere.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



This property has a 6-month term minimum, up to 12-months. Furnished lease is preferred.



Please note that this home requires the completion and approval of a condo board application (approx $2,100 in associated fees). The board review could take up to approx 10 days for approval.



Note that utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
