Es un excelente hotel en una gran ubicación. El metro se encuentra muy cerca y el vecindario tiene una gran variedad de tiendas y restaurantes. El personal es muy amable y tienen agua y café disponible. Lo único en lo que fallaron para tener 5/5 es que no pudieron guardar nuestro equipaje al hacer checkout como en otros hoteles, por lo que tuvimos que encontrar un lugar donde guardar nuestro equipaje ya que nuestro vuelo salía tarde.

Una excelente opción en NY. Muy cerca de todo , la propiedad está muy bien cuidada y tiene un estilo interno único , el precio es lo mejor , muy favorable para pasar una buena noche. Gracias The Flat 🙌💪

We liked the fiendly helpful staff and the atmosphere in the hotel , it felt like living in a new york apartment instead of a hotel , it was convenient for all attractions , street could get noisy oitside front room bit earplugs would cure this and it was only at the weekend on the whole a lovely experience

bed was not the most comfortable. there were two bathrooms with showers on the forth floor with eight rooms. good for one or two nights.

Staff was incredible and they kept everything clean despite there being shared bathrooms, it wasn’t even a problem. Loved having the bar downstairs it was like finding a hidden gem in the city. I would definitely recommend this place

I really enjoyed my 7 night stay! Staff were really friendly and helpful and it was always clean and tidy! I had a shared bathroom and never had any issues in accessing this for the toilet or a shower and I was happy that it was always clean whenever I used it. The only downside to my stay was the lack of an elevator. I was staying on the 5th floor which was tough getting up to towards the end of my stay as I did a lot of walking in general in New York each day.

Great stay - bed was super comfy. One thing to note- the property doesn’t have an elevator and the stairs are fairly slanted, so anyone with a mobility issue might have difficulty getting to the rooms.

The FLAT is sooo cute and in such a great location!! I loved being able to walk to cute shops and delicious food right outside my door. I would recommend making sure bathrooms have hand towels (even though each guest gets a set of towels) if feels like it would make things even better. Overall- great spot- this is my second time staying here in two months (for work).

Ich habe tolle Erfarhungen mit diesem Hotel gemacht. Freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal, super zentrale Lage, ruhige Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung und hohem Sicherheitsgefühl. Außerdem wurden die Gemeinschaftsbäder mehrmals tägllich gereinigt. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!

Reasonably priced, good location, friendly staff. The one thing I didn't like was that the ceiling window has no curtain allowing too much daylight in the room at night making it difficult to sleep.

The location is very strategic and close to the subway. By walking, in 20 minutes it's possible to reach Chelsea- Soho and Tribeca. Same for Penn Station. But. The room I stayed in was on the street side, with windows that doesn't filter the noize from outside: I've got 2 nights on 4 sleeping very bad, and, in addition of that, the bed was VERY uncomfortable. There were also whispers coming from the windows that I had to stop with one pillow, in a quite "engineering" way. For me the final rate is C, but only for the position, but I don't think I would book it again. Staff was ok, checkin and checkout normal.

This is a nice hostel. It is not a hotel. There are shared bathrooms on the 3rd floor (bathrooms are not on all floors). There is no elevator for heavy luggage, but rather steep narrow stairs with no bellmen. The rooms are so small that you cannot place your luggage anywhere. The windows are extremely drafty and the street outside is very loud with major sound leakage. The mattress was cheap and you can hear/feel the metal springs bending, though there was no back support. This place is worth about $50 a night but charges $180... just pay for a real hotel. I obviously didn't read the fine print. The place was clean though. And the staff was chill. That's something. Good luck.

If you want an affordable and adorable place to stay in NYC- Manhattan- this is it!! So cute and perfectly located near Madison Square Park :) it is noisy- so maybe bring earplugs with you. But otherwise- loved it!

Hidden gem! Shared bathrooms are actually individual use - not group use - which was a nice surprise. Staff at the front was also friendly, welcoming and helpful. We’ll be back here for sure

Logement économique et bien situé en plein cœur de Manhattan. Confort suffisant lorsque l'on vient pour visiter la ville la journée. Nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition de boissons (café, thé, bouteilles d'eau) et d'un frigo. Points à améliorer : mauvaise isolation sonore (nous avons été réveillées par les autres clients qui circulaient dans le couloir le matin), linge de lit 2 personnes dans les lits 1 place.

My only problem was that as someone who stayed 7 days they gave me 5th floor and without elevator it got a bit complicated; they could have offered a lower floor room once it was vacated, if that was the case.

Location is everything, this hotel is conveniently right in the middle of 5th and 6th avenue. Times Square and all the stores on 5th avenue are a short walk away. Subway entrance is one block away on 23rd. The hotel itself is great, Restrooms are ALWAYS clean you can’t even tell it’s a shared restroom. Staff is really friendly and helpful. The only thing I would like to mention is the hotel does not have an elevator, so just keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage to take to your room.

Got a nice discount on the room when booking it online. Hot water takes quite a bit of time to come through the pipes. Doesn’t seem to ever really get hot. That’s a little disappointing.

This a solid hotel with a very convenient location in the heart of flat iron. The staff was friendly and the room was extremely clean. Overall would come back here if I am visiting NYC.
