Excelente relación calidad-precio. Apartamento tranquilo en pleno centro de Manhatann. Bien equipado y muy cerca de una parada de metro que permite acceder a varias líneas. Muy recomendable si se quiere gastar poco y no se buscan lujos.

El apartamento estaba muy arreglado y limpio. El recibimiento tambien muy correcto.el edificio era antiguo y las ventanas cerraban mal, por lo que se colaba mucho aire, aunque no llegó a hacer frio dentro.

La habitación perfecta para una pareja, igual que la ubicación. El problema fue que reservé a $ 76 la diaria y me cobraron 153 diciendo que la diferencia eran impuestos y cargos. Me pareció muy mal

My friends and I enjoyed our stay overall, for the price especially. The knob on the shower fell off, and getting warm water to flow took a while some days. The pipes and heaters are old and are very noisy. The t.v. did not work, and that was a bummer. The room was warm and comfortable. Wished we had more towels, but oh well. Good thing we are all three really easy going.

The location is worth every penny! You are so close to everything! The pictures are a bit deceiving. The rooms are not that big but still a great stay!

Thanks for your feedback. I do not agree! This cannot be, because after each guest we do a deep cleaning and a thorough laundry. Before each race, we cover only clean bed linen and provide clean towels. Yes, they may not be new, but they are always clean - this is our rule!

Piccolo monolocale in ottima posizione!! Un po' rumoroso (non tanto per il traffico, ma per gli impianti nel bagno), ma gestiscono la situazione fornendo dei tappi direttamente nella camera. Lo consiglio, soprattutto a chi ha pochi giorni a disposizione e vuole godersi la città senza perdere tempo in spostamenti.

For the amount of money to stay here (over $3k for a week) you would anticipate cleanliness and no roaches. Well, there were roaches in the lobby and laundry room. Scary 😦 Upon arrival, it was over an hour trying to find someone to store my luggage since early check in cost more money. I will say Yulia, my host, was somewhat responsive and I didn't complain to her as i never saw roaches in my room. However, There are no amenities. There isn't someone there to assist me at all times. It's basically a very expensive hostel. I will not be returning.

Thank you very much for your feedback! It is very important for me. It's unfortunate that you have such an unpleasant aftertaste. I want to note that apartments are rented throughout the building and, to my regret, I cannot be responsible for all the rooms and places (for cleanliness, for order, etc.). I will definitely convey this information to the building managers! But I do everything to make the guests feel comfortable in my apartments (there is always clean, tidy my employees are always in touch and always help). I hope James will remember us well. All the best! I will be glad to see you again :)

It was very convenient to downtown Manhattan. The parking was very stressful, but very close to the apartment. It is on the same street. The parking attendant was not American so very hard to understand. We had a good trip though.

When we opened the door to our studio, my 18 year old daughter cried. It was filthy and disgusting. There was a lockbox on the door and no chain lock on the inside. There were crumbs all over the stove and countertop. There was dirt on the bed. The bathroom was filthy as was the shower curtain. The formerly white curtains were a dingy gray. We planned to spend a 20 day period quarantining and sleeping there. It didn’t feel clean under normal circumstances, let alone during a pandemic. We found a new hotel and left within an hour.

From our previous reviews we all can see where is the truth. We do our best to clean our apartments. The apartment which this guest Booked were the smallest one and the cheapest one . That’s all I can say about this complaints which is not true!

First night we got there we were greeted by a security guard wearing a mask who asked for my ID and reservation number in order to get our room key. Once we got out of the elevator we were greeted by a strong smell of fish and smoke but once we got on the room we were amazed how the room looked like the photo and it even had an extra fan and heater in the closet and extra bed sheets under the sink. The only bad thing about the hotel were people yelling downstairs.

Get what you pay for...
The building is odd, kinda dirty, and unwelcoming. The security is minimal. The pest traps everywhere are not encouraging. The beds hurt or are so soft as to barely qualify as a mattress. And the strict 10am checkout time is ridiculous. The only saving grace was how cheap it is, and that my communication with the property manager was friendly.

This is a landmark building! Absolutely no pest traps everything is under control. All our mattresses medium firm . The check out is at 10 am and option of late check out is subject to availability. Thank you

Met all my expectations
Cutest little room in the heart of NYC. Check in process was seamless. Felt safe with all the security cameras in public places like hallways, lobby and entrance. LOVED IT.

Don’t bother
I am extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke, the place was overwhelming with cigarette smell, as a matter of fact as I entered the room the fire alarm went off due to a smoker and the fire department was there to shut it off! No window view whatsoever, very claustrophobic. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable, actually they were just pull out type like the roll away kind nothing I consider a real bed. My daughter has been in pain all weekend from being uncomfortable. The email stated I could leave my bags in their office if I arrived early at no charge I asked the woman that checked us in and she said if I give her $10 I could leave my bags so when I told her it was free she suddenly allowed me to check in the room. Location was ok, not too far from things but not close either. Bottom line only stay here if you don’t care about cigarette smell and you just need a place to sleep.

Unfortunately its hard to respond to anonymous review . Our building is Non smoking , some of our apartments facing the back of the building right to another window . We do not advertise our property as apartments with views ! We are comfortable , cosy with a kitchenette and located in the heart of manhattan . What else do you need for a trip to NYC if you are in the budget

It’s really amazing with enough space for 7 guests (we brought a twin size air mattress) and they were so kind as to leave extra blankets and towels. The place was clean, it had absolutely everything you’d need and is very close to great places to eat and Manhattan’s main attractions. I’d definitely book there again.

Unfortunately its hard to respond to anonymous review . Our building is Non smoking , some of our apartments facing the back of the building right to another window . We do not advertise our property as apartments with views ! We are comfortable , cosy with a kitchenette and located in the heart of manhattan . What else do you need for a trip to NYC if you are in the budget

Hi. We were there recently for 2 nights. The property was great I are send of the initial communication- they promptly sent us the instructions and details about arrival. On our second night there was a huge argument in the lobby of our floor. We were in our room but could hear everything clearly as there was a tremendous amount of yelling, screaming and foul language for a decent half an hour at least. There are NO phones in the rooms to call the lobby and security: we totally understand that this is more like an apartment hotel. But we have stayed in apartment hotels where they have provided phones in the rooms. So I looked up the email we were sent and called up the numbers provided, but no one answered! We were scared that a fight was about to break out and someone was going to get injured! Was not a good experience by any means. Also in terms of security, the locks to enter the room are still operated by keys. And there is no additional chain or safety inside to prevent someone from opening your door if they have made a copy of the keys! This is NY city!!!

We apologize for that you felt scared . We never had a complain about arguments in the hallway during the night . Yes we do not have phones at the apartments , you could clearly see what exactly we provide on the description of the apartment before you made the payment . We do not confuse anyone with our services . Our guests do know what do they get for this price and to be in the centre of Manhattan . We would definitely post a phone number of the security in case someone will be scared to go outside of their apartment . We do have video cameras on each floor . There is no reason to be scared . Thank you

very clean and easy check in
Very, very clean and easy check in. We felt very secure when going in and out with the guard at the desk. Just a couple of blocks from Macy's. The only criticism I have is that I booked a room with two beds and there was only one. We made it work though and had a wonderful time.

Convenient
Convenient location and convenient room that slept 3 and had a mini kitchen. The only problem was the description and picture showed both beds made up - we only had linens for one. The owner didn’t get back to us until the next day to say it was my fault for not being specific. Before we got there he said he made a mistake on the listing that we needed to pay more money. We had already paid in full.

Great location, clean rooms
Perfect location and very walkable to all NYC main attractions. We stayed here with 2 young kids and a teen and it was great. The hallways are a bit of a maze but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Will definitely consider another stay.

Overall as expected, great for price
Great location, weird building with paper walls. That's not the management’s fault. The apt was clean, heating great, perfect for long days out and sleep. Coffee machine’s there but make sure you bring your own supply of coffee and filters. The bedlinen is synthetic, not so comfy. I felt safe and the security/doormen were all polite and helpful,
