Such a beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. Wasnt that far to the subway. Entire home was very spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds. Slept like a rock all weekend. It exceeded my expectations....

I was charged an additional 1000 dollars the day of the check in when I had no other option to book. The extra charge for additional guests when the place says it sleep up to 12 seems excessive. It almost doubled the price of the booking at the last minute. This could be expressed sooner so that people has options to go with another location. The home was beautiful and was what was described.

I recently stayed in this apartment and absolutely loved it! The place was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, and the bed was super comfortable. The living room had a cozy vibe, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location couldn’t be better — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. Overall, it was a perfect stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Location was in a bit of a rough neighborhood, but we did not experience any significant issues during several walks to/from the subway. Suggest hooks in the bedrooms for coats etc.

This property was perfect for a long weekend in NYC. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. There is a reasonably priced valet garage and 2 separate subway lines within a 10 minute walk so it was really easy to get anywhere. I will definitely book this brownstone whenever I am in New York.

Overall it was a great stay. The address was different from what was listed and 1as given at the last min after we had already book the uber from the airport. The location is away from main attraction but conveniently located around public transportation. It was a fairly well neighborhood but corner store did get loud in the evening hours. Overall would atay again.

I was looking forward to my stay based on the positive reviews from previous guests. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. When it came to communication, I did not hear from the host until two days before my stay. Although I initially booked for nine guests, for some reason, the reservation ended up being for two guests. I ended up paying for ten guests, hoping to receive a refund for the difference, as we only had eight guests staying per night. Not only did I not receive a refund, but the room also only accommodated seven people, not twelve as stated on the website.During our stay, we experienced two alarms going off in the middle of the night, back-to-back, without knowing the cause. The same issue occurred in the morning as well. When I reported the alarm incidents to the host, instead of addressing the cause, I was questioned as if it was my fault. The towels were stained, and all the linens needed to be replaced. Despite checking in late, we did not see the host at all during our stay. Although the maid who came in couldn’t understand what we were trying to tell her, she quickly got someone on the phone.I came to the city for a memorial and expected a calm, warm environment for my family to grieve, not to be bombarded with extra charges and an unsanitary environment. I wish the host had made an effort to be present, listen to the guests, and be more accommodating instead of charging for even the extra hour that was initially offered with no parking.

I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. I think I’ve found my forever spot to stay on those trips. The host also has great communication and quick response time. If you’re looking for a place to book while visiting NY, I highly recommend this home….just hopefully it’s not when I’m visiting…lol

Amazing property great stay !!!!

I am writing to provide a review for the property we recently stayed at. It was truly an amazing place with a perfect location that suited all of our needs. The property had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.Everything was to the tea, amazing and up to date, furniture, and appliances and moreFurthermore, the host provided excellent correspondence throughout our stay, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend staying here again and would enthusiastically give it five stars.
