Son un fraude, ya han pasado 8 días y aun no me ha
Llegue al hospedaje y había una persona en una banca por fuera del counter principal del hotel, se demoro dos horas en darme una clave para entrar a la Habitación y ya había realizado el pago por adelantado, por fin subi a la habitación y estaba sucia, con comida todabia en la cocina, sábanas untadas de Comida, baños sucios y un olor terrible, me dijeron que me iban a devolver mi dinero, me enviaron un mensaje de texto pero ya pasaron 8 días y aún no me devuelven mi dinero

El sofá cama es de una calidad infame. No se puede dormir en él. Tuvimos que tirar el colchón al suelo para dormir. La limpieza muy mejorable, encontramos uñas en el suelo.

No había Suministros como papel de baño y bolsas para la basura. El lugar tiene potencial pero muy mal decorado, se ve descuidado. Le falta una remodelación.

EL LUGAR ESTA MUY AGRADABLE, LASTIMA DE LA LIMPIEZA QUE NO ES LA MEJOR. PARA UNA ESTANCIA DE VARIOS DIAS LOS SUMINISTROS DE BAÑO SON MUY POCOS, EN LA COCINA NO HAY JABON PARA TRASTES NI CON QUE LAVARLOS. EN LOS BAÑOS NO CUENTAN CON GANCHOS PARA PONER UNA TOALLA O BATA. SERIA MUY AGRADABLE QUE SE ESMEREN EN ESOS DETALLES.

We had a two bedroom apartment for our family of 6. The apartment was very spacious and well equiped. We were able to find excellent dining options within 5 minutes every night (Italian, Thai, Mexican), and the nearby Fulton station enabled us to be anywhere in Manhattan within 30 minutes. The rooftop was awesome, perfect to enjoy a morning coffee and with great views at night. The Sonder app made check-in very easy, as well as checkout time modification. The drawback is the street noise, with trash trucks at 4-5am every morning (except Sunday), and the construction starting at 7am. We were able to move the sofa mattress into the bedroom that was not facing the street (and which was therefore quiet), so our 4 kids could sleep well. As for the parents, they used ear plugs and just dealt with it :) It's New York City after all. Overall excellent value, we were very satisfied.

The staff was absolutely phenomenal - friendly and helpful. One of our party got food poisoning and another rolled their ankle, and the staff went above and beyond to help us in our hour of need. Thank you!

Cons: As others have said, the property is next to a construction site, and it was loud. But in NYC most places are. It was not quite as clean as I would have liked. Pros: lots of space for the price. It was really nice to have 2 separate bedrooms and another bed for my family. Close to many subway lines for easy transportation. Excellent communication with customer service.

Perfect location to get around everywhere. Fulton street (the local subway station) is one of the best connected stations in the city. Lower Manhattan is easily walkable

Great play to stay if you are visiting the city for a vacation. Close to main attractions, grocery stores, and transportation. The Sonder itself was surprisingly good. I was a little disappointed that we ran out of toilet tissue, and they didn’t have any toilet paper on hand to replenish, so we had to buy our own toiletries. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and a nice get away!!

I like the Sonder at One Platt street because it’s quite central, the rooms are not poky and it’s fairly clean. The only downside I always experience anytime I stay there is that the heaters are quite old and so you have to keep calling the maintenance to come help heat up the room space. Asides from that I love it.

This was an excellent property. The studio was spacious, great kitchen with essentials, checkin and checkout were seamless. The app chat was awesome - they were very responsive with any need we had. We had an abundance of towels and if there were any questions, etc. they were very prompt to reply. The area is a little noisy, but they also provided ear plugs but you really did not notice the noise all that much. The area is great and never ever a wait for an elevator. Property was well maintained. Will definitely stay here again !!

While this property was clean and spacious enough for our party of 4 (2 adults, one teen, one kids) there were some issues with the space that you would not be able to see in photos. For instance, the shower was probably the worst shower I have experienced at a hotel, except for a campsite. Water didn’t flow out of the shower head, it sort of sputtered. Also the heating/cooling system was so loud that it impacted all of our sleep, and I was wearing fancy, expensive earplugs. There are also other small maintenance things that need to be done, like the toilet paper holder falling off the wall. (The one ply toilet paper didn’t help either.) Overall, not a terrible stay but I also wouldn’t come back.
