El servicio es excelente. La buena disposición de los trabajadores fue lo que más me gusto en estos tiempos de tratos fríos. Los shows de jazz excelentes, grandes músicos. El cine, una gran idea. El wifi funciona muy bien. Y la higiene óptima. Estuve hospedado 8 noches y no tuve ningún inconveniente. Volvería a ir siempre

There was a lot of amenities inside the hotel so you didn’t have to go out to enjoy your stay. Great staff, very respectfull and kind

Me gustó situación y ambiente. Muy descontento con sistema de pago: 1/Cobraron las 5 noches el 1er día 2/Adicional el primer día también pidieron elevada fianza por los días de estancia. Lo 1 y 2 no estaba detallado en web y te bloquea cantidades de dinero no previstas 3/se pide al hotel explicaciones de cargos en factura final y no hay claridad en respuesta ni respuesta a última pregunta

Divino el hotel, tiene mucho estilo y un tamaño ideal, no es demasiado grande, lo cual te hace sentir muy a gusto. La música del club de jazz es buenísima, y los espacios en común muy cómodos.

El Roxy es un hotel hermoso, histórico, renovado, con estilo. Nos encantó! La música acompaña la estadía permanente, generando un ambiente lleno de vida. Sin duda, lo volvería a repetir. Nos quedó hacer la experiencia del cine. La zona es buenísima. El restaurante es bueno también.

Roxy was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. Ending up dining there as the restaurant was really good and there was a live band. Room was nice and clean. You would never know that you are in the heart of everything, based on how quiet the rooms can be.

Rooms are too dark because they are hung up on the “retro” vibe. No USB jacks for phone charging. Shower was incredible, beds comfy. Restaurant and bar: food awesome and delicious, service deplorable.

My stay was lovely. The room was comfortable, clean and appointed in the same fun vibe as the rest of the hotel. The music is definitely loud though, so don't expect to get to bed early. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be returning.

It was perfectly located for an event I had to attend. The room was delightful with a fun decor. I especially enjoyed the restaurant and bar. Great cocktails, food and wonderful piano player.
