El hotel en general muy bién, cuartos espaciosos y en excelente estado de funcionalidad y limpieza; Excelente ubicación, varias lineas de metro a menos de 50 metros, shopping center a un par de cuadras, variedad de restaurantes alrededor durante el día. Puntos a conciderar 1. Te cobrarán 25 dólares diarios qué le llaman "destination fee" lo puedes usar para alimentos y bebidas, honestamente es suficiente para desayuno para 2 personas en el Pantry del hotel qué cuenta con buenas y variadas opciones. 2. El estacionamiento qué esta en el hotel tiene costo extra, hasta 25 dólares diarios. 3. Hay una agencia de renta de carros justo en el estacionamiento del hotel, es una muy buena ventaja.

Fue por 10 noches al hotel New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge con mi familia. El hotel está muy bien localizado, con varias tiendas y restaurantes alrededor. Sin embargo, es un hotel viejo que necesita mantenimiento mayor, las escaleras eléctricas no servían, así como un buen restaurante. También se notó la falta de personal, dado que en la recepción había pocos o casi nadie que atendiera. El hotel ofrece un crédito de US$25 por noche, mismo que no pudimos utilizar porque nadie nos avisó

Nos asignaron una habitación con una sola cama en el 8 piso con vistas al interior, por lo que hubo que bajar al lobby para solicitar que nos la cambiaran,cuando la reserva estaba hecha y pagada para 3 persona y una habitación ejecutiva . Por otro lado he de decir,que nos dieron un bono de 25& para consumir en el hotel.

execelente hotel y ubicacion
el hotel esta en el centro de Brooklyn a unos cuantos pasos de diversas líneas del metro que conectan en minutos con manhatan, el hotel es impecable de buen tamaño las habitaciones, el fee que pagas te permite consumir 27 dólares al día sin cargo adicional, y a las 9 y media parte un autobús que te lleva a manhatan...el centro de broooklyn tiene todo tipo de tiendas y restaurantes y es a pie del hotel

Convenient to downtown Brooklyn and w a 10 min commute to lower east side / SOHO by train. A major station is adjacent to the property. Also less than a 30 min Uber to Williamsburg etc. A big conference type property but nice amenities and spacious rooms. Also has underground parking at $60 per day.

After five days in this hotel, there were bad and good things to say. Bad: 1. Keycard door unlocking mechanism failed soon after arrival. Since we could not go out to eat since our coats were in the room and it took time to repair the lock, the hotel gave us a $50 credit which we used to eat dinner at the in-house Great Room Restaurant and Bar. 2. We had to switch rooms after the second night due to truly excessive noise well after midnight from a neighboring room. We called the front desk who then called the neighbors requesting they quiet down and again called the front desk asking security be sent when the noise continued. Neither approach worked. Our request for a new room was quickly granted and there were no further noise issues. Hint: avoid shareable rooms as the door reduces soundproofing. Good: 1. The staff we encounter (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, security) were uniformly friendly, polite and helpful. 2. The Great Room Restaurant and Bar hamburger was surprisingly good and it and the fries were cooked accurately (medium rare and crispy respectively). 3. The $25 daily hotel credit on our Expedia reservation was sufficient for my wife and I to daily have a light breakfast (coffee and roll for me, coffee and fruit/granola parfait for her) at the in-house Brooklyn Pantry. Conclusions: There were issues but the hotel handled them well.

Hotel appears to be in process of renovation, which it needs. Very clean and comfortable but carpets and decor are quite dated. Great location with close subway stop giving easy access to all parts if NYC area. Food in hotel limited but many good nearby restaurants. Will be staying here again.

More of a business orientated property. Would not recommend for families as the area is surrounded by commercial buildings and not close to shops or restaurants. Rooms were average, property is massive so you have to walk far to get to your room. They sent us to the wrong room and then asked me to come down and get new keys which was ridiculous. Parking was the worst experience given they have this garage attached to the hotel but not run by the hotel and is old and extremely difficult to park your car in the tight spaces, especially if you have an SUV. The whole property is old and could use a massive update.

The staff was wonderful and the facilities were great, however, our heating in our room was inconsistent and the floors in the bathroom were freezing! There were no robes or slippers in the room to make up for that either.
