Estupendo apártamento

Una semana días estupenda. Hemos estado un grupo de 13 personas y el apartamento nos ha encantado. A la entrada todo limpio, con agua y detalles de limpieza y aseo personal. Necesitábamos una fregona y una olla, pues hemos cocinado allí, y nos han atendido al mommomento

This property is secure and has a good location. The host responded to text messages. The photos of the property were photoshopped. The walls are dingy and in dire need of a coat of paint. The furniture is old and the chairs are not sturdy. Overall, the kitchen is good but the dishwasher is not installed properly and moves forward when the racks are pulled out. There is a radiator in the main area which put out a lot of heat at times making the room hot. The AC unit in the main area did not work well. There are exposed pipes in the main area as well as in the walls that make loud noises. One night in particular they were intermittently so loud that some of us were awakened several times during the night. There needs to be a lamp in each bedroom. There is not enough space in the bedrooms to open your luggage. The bathrooms are small and need updating. The shower door in one is very hard to close and the floor gets wet. The group prior to ours had broken the door of the other shower and we were unable to use it the first night. The property manager came over the second evening and cleaned up the glass and hung a shower curtain. A couple days later the building supervisor showed up in the stairwell unannounced to measure for a new door. The toilet paper holder in one bathroom was unusable and needs to be replaced. The outlet plate in the bedroom with no window is hanging off the wall and the wires are exposed which is a safety hazard.

This place is great, we stay here every time we come to New York. The owners are very helpful, very attentive. Check-in and check-out process works great. Location is an easy walk to Times Square and right next to Penn Station. It’s in a good neighborhood with lots of food options nearby. I would stay here over a hotel anytime. We just booked our third visit.

There was great communication from the beginning. The location was central which made getting anywhere easy! Penn Station is super close and Times Square was a quick walk. We love that all 5 of our girls, ages 14-22, had their own room and space to spread out. We would definitely stay here again.

Great find, convenient location to see all of downtown with enough bedrooms for the whole family. Check-in/out was easy. Room temperatures can vary but the portable AC units came in useful. We had a great time

The place was clean and fine for the cost. Location is definitely noisy. Kitchen was lacking in cooking ware, but who really wants to cook in NYC??? All in all I would recommend the place for friends or a few couples. Not ideal for families where you utilize the "house" more.

We were a family of 10 staying for 5 nights-all adults. The Good:Booking and host communication was great upon booking. The location is great for proximity to Penn Station. Each room has its own AC unit. The Not So Good:The photos are somewhat deceiving as the rooms are very small and the furniture is cheap and worn out. The coffee table is so flimsy we were afraid to sit drinks on it. The dishwasher is not installed properly and falling out of the cabinet. We did not cook in the kitchen it seemed supplied ok. The beds were comfortable but again-low quality sheets and one bed was very wobbly. Even though the listing says all beds are queens one is definitely a full size. Each guest was provided 1 bath towel for the entire stay and they were very thin and small. There is no place to hang them to dry out and since there were no extra we had to dry off with wet towels each day. We expected the bedrooms to be sparsely furnished but there was nothing provided to put our luggage on so we just had to leave them on the floor which left no room to walk in the room. The sofa in the living room is worn out and the additional seating chairs we found in the closet were really cheap plastic folding chairs that none of us trusted to sit on. The shower doors don’t seal off therefore the thin floor mat was soaked our entire stay making the tile slippery and dirty. One bathroom had no toilet paper holder and the roll was always falling on the floor-which was wet because of the shower-yuck!

The property was spacious, clean and well maintained. Air conditioning worked great, and laundry facilities a real plus. Everything was as advertised, and communication with the property manager was easy and painless. Would definitely recommend this property!

Myself and friends stayed at this property for five nights and it was a perfect location, as well as very comfortable for all of us to have our own rooms (each with our own temperature control!) The hosts went above and beyond when we were checking in and got stuck in traffic, as well as providing us with water and coffee pods and other necessities. The check out process could not have been easier. We will be back!

Décevant !L'appartement est propre et bien situé mais mal entretenu (éclairages manquants, nous avons dû revisser une porte de placard de la cuisine, remettre une fenêtre en place. Par contre quand on a demandé des services l'hôte les a rendus rapidement.Le plus ennuyeux a été à l'arrivée : attention l'adresse est fausse, ce n'est pas le numéro 301 mais le 214. L'hôte nous a bien envoyé un message sur WhatsApp mais quand nous étions dans l'avion sans wifi ! Nous n'avons vu personne pendant notre séjour ! Ni état des lieux ni remise des clés.

Location was convenient to subway stations, Times Square, etc, and the apartment had more than what we needed for a few nights getaway. I would stay here again. Very good communication from the property manager! Much appreciated timely responses and early baggage drop off.
