El hotel es sumamente accesible, con excelente ubicación, las instalaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas y cuentan con lo necesario para estadías cortas. La parte negativa es que a la hora de hacer la reserva, la página dice que es pago contra estancia y que el cargo se hace en su totalidad en el momento de estar en el hotel; sin embargo una semana antes, me hicieron sin aviso previo una retención de más de la mitad del cargo total, lo cual es publicidad engañosa.

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en el hotel! El personal muy amable desde que llegamos!! El hotel muy limpio! Cambian las toallas y hacen limpieza cada dia 10/10! La ubicación excelente! La zona muy tranquila! Esta cerca de la estación que te trae directo del aeropuerto , y te conecta con varias partes de la ciudad! El hotel tiene amenidades en la mañana y en la tarde que son gratis! Sin duda volveríamos a quedarnos y se lo recomendare a mis amigos que visiten NY

Mala experiencia pues cuando reserve me dieron un monto total para pagar y cuando me retire me cobraron mucho dinero de más y nadie te da una explicación no es justo que al final solo te hagan cargos de más y no te den una explicación de que se trata por eso calificó como una pésima experiencia

La reservación fue hecho por Expedia, luego, que ingresé el día 11 de septiembre y la salida fue el 15, al regresar de viaje, noté que me habían cobrado por la tarjeta de crédito que había suministrado dos veces con diferentes monto, teniendo la prueba en la cual requiero que se me sea reintegrado a través de la misma tarjeta, de hecho no quisieron entregar mi factura en el check Out, los montos cobrado iniciales, fueron de $231, 990,26$ y al regresar me sorprendieron que me cobraron 888,38$ de más el cual deben reponerlo y que expedía debe responder y reponer mi nombre Giuseppe Richiusa y mi correo ricardorichiusap@gmail. NO VAYAN!!! No limpian los cuartos!!! Solo los limpian cada 5 días y su excusa es el Covid… sin embargo sería todo lo contrario ya q deben sanitizar continuamente … y si no estás en el cuarto xq sales a visitar, no hay contacto físico. Más bien lo hacen para reducir costos, pero eso no se vale xq pagas x ello y no lo mencionan en las características del hospedaje en Expedía. Además en recepción hay una persona sumamente grosera, te hace bajar para q te den papel higiénico y kleenex!!!!! Esta terrible!!! Muy descepcionante! Y ojo… dicen q es política de todos los Holiday inn… así q no vayan a ninguno…

I was there 10 days and there was no cleaning room service, I had to go to front desk to ask supplies and one of the from desk guys had very bad attitude. I got charged 150 usd more to my credit card vs what Expedia said the hotel was charging.

No limpian las habitaciones, no hay espacios sociales disponibles, parece una cuarteria. Habitaciones y espacios muy estrechos

Due to covid-19 protocols our cleaning schedule has changed due to an abundance of caution for the safety our guest and employees. El hotel y las instalaciones muy buenas, la zona céntrica pero cobraron unos fees que cuando compré el paquete no me lo advirtieron. Deben ser más claros en eso para uno no sentirse estafado.

Muy básico.
Servicio meramente transaccional. No limpian cuartos (COVID) Cuartos muy pequeños. Ideal para ir y únicamente dormir ahí.
