The breakfast and breakfast staff, also location are the reasons than save this hotel. The Front desk staff is very rude, they don’t know how to try to guest, the cleanliness servíce very bad, the second day of my stay, the maid didn’t clean the bathroom, no paper tissue, klennex and soap, i has to asked to front desk. If i come back there is only because is close to the city atractions.

I reserved for a room with jettub and they gave me a room that I did not want, I tried for 2 weeks to make the change but the hotel policies are strict, they do not allow changes, even worse, refunds. Even so, I arrived at the hotel and the room was too small, the king size bed took up all the space, and the bathroom, needless to say, was too small and only had the sink, there was nowhere to put anything, the shower was dirty with a full white curtain mold. My experience was terrible for the expensive price I paid. I would have better booked a hotel if it was worth paying that $382.

Todo muy bien. Muy amables todos. Desayunos variables. Lo que no me gusto fue que nos toco que el elevador se descompusieran un día y tuvimos que subir hasta el piso 12 por las escaleras. Y la calle exterior es muy obscura y solitaria. Lo demás todo muy bien por el precio.

Our pest control provider does service our hotel on a routine basis. However, we will address this with them to prevent future issues.
