  • Hell’s Kitchen apartment right on restaurant row minutes to time square. Despite the bustle below, this 5th floor apt is well sound proofed and great location for exploring the city. Elevator building.

    One bedroom is quite spacious with natural light, while the second bedroom is a fair bit smaller and minimal exposure to the outside world (great for sleeping in) Both bedrooms and living room have a flatscreen smart TV and areas to work.

The house was very clean and comfortable and the location was great. Dustin was helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay at this nicely furnished apartment in Hell's Kitchen. Dustin was a great host and has thought of everything you could possibly need for a stay in NY. The building is quiet, very clean, with good elevator to take you to 5th fl. Only negative being in Hell's Kitchen is a bit of a mixed blessing. It's central and easily accessible to trains, cabs etc with unlimited choices of restaurants, food stores (one at corner 20 yrds away, Wholefoods 1 block east) and coffee houses. However, it's a very busy area for those that prefer something a little quieter. Overall a great experience and would stay there again.

I had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect. Close to Times Square and Broadway. Check-in was super easy, the beds were really comfortable, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in NYC!

This place was great. It has nice furnishings, well lit, beds are comfortable, each room has its own AC, it is easy to get into, close enough to the subway (1.5 blocks), has an elevator! We were celebrating a 70 birthday trip with my mom to NYC for the first time in her life. The apartment was great and comfortable and was a good landing place for the 4 days we were in the big city. The host was responsive and easy to text with. He even called to check in with me.

The good with the bad. The property was just as pictured and described. It was clean, comfortable, and adequate for a short 4 night stay. It was adequately stocked and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated. The owner was helpful and promptly responsive through the pre-arrival and the arrival process. It was in a great location, walking distance to many locations and being on Restaurant row was an added bonus. There are eateries for everyone's likes.Then this: My low star rating is not about the property but rather the follow up interaction with the owner. On our 3rd day we, unfortunately, and accidentally, locked both sets of the physical keys in the condo. We immediately tried contacting the owner with no response. They remained unavailable throughout the day. After many hours we found a locksmith to meet us and the lock was changed.When the owner finally made contact we explained the situation and requested that they take on 50% responsibility for not being available to problem solve and not having a back up lockout contact or solution. Their position is that they didn't think to have a back up plan in place since this was the first time that this had happened. They also feel that assuring arrival access and providing 2 sets of keys was the end of their responsibility throughout the rest of our stay and are not willing to cover any of the VERY substantial locksmith expense.Renter beware
