Muy buen lugar, falta atención en detalles
Estuvo muy bien la estancia, lo único que está muy reducido son los gimnasios. Y cuando fui al Gym, ya no había agua y creo que deben de estar más pendientes. Fuimos a desayunar y tardaron más de una hora en servirnos, por que tenían dos mesas grandes

Bien excepto por falla de elevador x 2 días. Deben resolver más rápido. La habitación muy obscura.

Estuve una semana en este hotel. La habitación tal cual las fotos, con muy buena limpieza. La cama y almohadas super cómodas (soy bastante exigente con este tema), esencial para descansar en NNYY. Solo faltaría una cafetera en la habitación. El lobby es chiquito pero los chicos de la recepción siempre están bien predispuestos para ayudar! Tienen un par de bicicletas de uso gratuito para los huéspedes. La ubicación es en el downtown, por lo cual no es la más pintoresca de Manhattan, pero sí muy práctica por su fácil acceso (llegan todas las líneas de subte) y por todo lo que se puede hacer por esa zona. Si vas por trabajo, no dudaría instalarme en este hotel! En resumen, lo recomendaría, me sentí muy cómoda durante mi estadía.

El servicio y el hotel fueron excelentes, muy recomendable, la zona tiene estaciones del subway cercanas lo que facilita la movilidad por la ciudad, también a pie puedes visitar las atracciones principales.

Loved the hotel the room was beautiful decorated and the bed was amazingly comfy my only complaint would be the lack of tea making facilities in the room I love a cup of tea

Property and staff were phenomenal! Robert was extremely friendly, professional, and made our stay 10x better. Everyone made us feel so welcome from the start and ensured our needs were exceeded. I will definitely be returning to Gild Hall within the next 6 months!

The hotel was amazing. Furnished beautifully and the staff was second to none. All questions were promptly answered and all the recommendations were next level. Would highly recommend Gild Hall to anyone looking for a place to stay. Will stay here again!

This is one of my favorite hotels in the financial district. It is very easy to get to. The hotel staff is the best. Very friendly, accommodating and wanting to make sure you have everything you need during your stay.

Bartender and front desk staff were excellent. Nice greeting and check out process. Good location. Room decor is a bit tired and could have been cleaner - especially the doors and walls.

Everything was awesome except for the prices of the in-room beverages and snacks. Seems to me depending on the room there should be some complimentary alcoholic drinks and some kind of snacks 🤔 Premium suites at least.

My stay was wonderful. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. My room was surprisingly larger than most other hotel rooms - very clean. The minibar offered a great variety of drinks and snacks. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Small boutique hotel owned by Hyatt that is a gem. The staff is outstanding (you get to know them), the decor unique (not your usual hotel) with quiet rooms. Also dog friendly (no size limitation and you can keep in crate). FiDi is now an active area with restaurants all around. Several subway stops 5-10 minute walk and very easy to get an Uber. Only a 10 minute walk to Southstreet Seaport, the 9/11 Memorial. You can hit Chinatown/Little Italy with a 30 minute walk. Battery Park (to catch ferry to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island) a 15-20 minute walk. Great value in NYC.

Really enjoyed our stay only complaint is if you get breakfast included the waitstaff in the restaurant basically ignore you. I assume this is because there is no Bill and therefore- no tip. My advice- forgo the breakfast upgrade and just order it.
