Review
La habitación grande para el promedio de new york, tenia frigobar, faltaba microondas pero podias encontrarlo en la zona de desayunos. El desayuno es buffet pero le falto variedad todos los dias era casi lo mismo huevos, salchichas , pan, avena y fruta para los 7 dias que estuvimos nos hostigó. Estación del tre. A 10 min caminando y esta relativamente cerca a 3 paradas de times square. Zona tranquila y segura . Eo personal no habla español pero trataban de entenderlo salvo un dia la persona de recepción me colgaba porque no me entendía y fue incómodo ese momento. Calefacción y aire acondicionado en buen estado. Camas grandes con sabanas limpias, no hacen limpieza todos los dias tienes que solicitarlo. Aéreas comunes grandes y limpias . El comedor bonito y limpio. La garantia te la devuelven en 3 dias despues de tu check out algo positivo porque otros hoteles se demoran mucho. La habitación cuenta con agua frua y caliente , YouTube, netflix de pago, canales de cable, disfrute de la estadía volvería al hotel. Cerca a la estación de Atlantic barcley hay un pequeño mall donde hay marshall, Burlington, target, best bay, olvy, y otras tiendas. Tiene agua caliente y cafe en l zona común aunque se acaba rápido nosotros que llegagabamos a veces 7 pm ya no encontrabamos agua. También venden agua embotellada aprox 3$ Y snack entre 3 a 5$. Por ahi tambien a un minuto caminando pasa 1 bus que te puede acercar a la estación y ahorrarte el camino de 10 minutos a la estación. Lo recomiendo!

Buena ubicación. 5 minutos caminando al metro (Union St.). Los cuartos son pequeños, como todo en NY, el desayuno bastante completo. El personal del hotel muy amable en general.

Hotel limpio, cómodo y con desayuno agradable
El hotel es moderno, se encuentra en una buena ubicación en Brooklyn a 5 minutos caminando de la primer estación de metro, en el norte no tan lejano al puente de Brooklyn para llegar a Manhattan. Tiene un desayuno que sirve bien para comenzar el día y las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y de tamaño moderado para NY. El personal no es muy agradable, se les cayó el sistema y estábamos muy cansados y tuvimos que esperar como 40 minutos a que nos dieran habitación! lo cual nos molestó bastante. Fuera de eso lo recomiendo.

This hotel gets the job done, but doesn’t really live up to the Marriott name. The building is run downed, it’s surrounded by noisy construction areas and there’s a garbage truck that passes by every night making loud noise. Overall, it’s an okay destination if you’re out and about during the day. The morning staff members are great and helpful, but the evening staff members don’t want anything to do with you.

Breakfast was poor - no fresh fruit & hot food was limited. Paper products in room were cheap, low quality. One day, room service forgat to replenish coffee, soap bar, and left only 1 clean towel, no wash clothes.

Very clean. Free breakfast has improved a lot. They do the room everyday. So clean!! Everyone very polite and helpful from front desk to breakfast crew and the cleanup people keeping the place including public area downstairs clean

This hotel is a gem. Parking was included. The room is clean and quiet. The TV channels were unusually limited. The front desk staff were very patient and kind. I was told there is a rooftop bar, but I didn't make it up there. I will definitely be staying here again.

Rooms are compact but poorly maintained. We stayed here for 8 nights. On our first day, the room was not cleaned. When we reported this, the room was cleaned on the second day but not on the third day. We reported this again. The room was then cleaned for the rest of our stay, but the service was uneven. Some days we would find we were just given one fresh towel (we were two guests), some days they would not give us new drinking cups, etc. On the first day, I noticed the room phone was not working and reported this. It wasn’t fixed 3 days later and I reported this again. It still wasn’t fixed during the rest of our stay. Given that we stayed here for 8 nights, this just doesn’t match the level of follow up I expect from a Marriott property.

Zella I believe her name is was super friendly and very helpful when we checked in. All of the staff that we saw were very pleasant and it’s an absolutely beautiful place. We would definitely stay there again and I have recommended it to others.

Clean room and friendly staff. Relatively affordable compared to many hotels in the area. The breakfast was AMAZING. The workers were always cleaning the breakfast area and replenishing fresh food items. There was also a ton of choices for breakfast.

The staff front desk were not at all helpful on the morning I checked out nor once I arrived home realizing I'd left behind a folder with important/sensitive documents along we ith my red rimmed eyeglasses. Neither front desk nor housekeeping picked up nor return calls left on vm. It was necessary for me to contact Expedia to retrieve the property I left behind in Room 410. Myeyeglssses were left in the lobby. I did retrieve the folder but not my eyeglasses.
