Communication was great! The place was perfect for our family’s stay. Location is perfect for subway access and is in a safe place. House was clean and exceeded our needs.

We had a great stay at this cute duplex on the UWS. Communication with the host was easy and created a smooth check-in and check-out process. The residence was very clean and well kept. The location was perfect for exploring the UWS and was close to cafes, restaurants, shops, and Central Park! We would absolutely re-book this stay!

The location is great, place is clean and the 3 bathrooms was key for a group of 7. We had issues with the lock - getting in, getting out - BUT - Raul was great and resolved everything with little effort on our end.

Absolutely wonderful experience with an emphasis on exceptional communication and accuracy in description of the apartment. These are the two elements necessary for managing (and exceeding) expectations. Great location upper west side.Plenty of room with adequate number of bathrooms and bedrooms for a party of 4 singles.Very tidy and clean recently renovated apartment on ground floor.Photos reflected the actual apartment and was what we expected. 5/5 or 10/10 overall rating.

The host was great and very responsive. The duplex was clean and comfortable. It was 8 of us and we stayed 4 nites. Duplex is in a convenient location. Located near parks, restaurants and stores. We even rode the subway a few times. We had a few vehicles, but unfortunately NYC parking sucks...lolBut all in all we had a great stay.

This space was a perfect spot to stay for a family wedding with guests from out of town. The location is near a green space to walk the pup, and near stores to replenish what was needed. Parking is on the street but we had no trouble finding spaces.The space is clean and well-maintained.

Uptown manhattan!!

Quiet neighborhood and safe. The unit was clean, plenty of towels, hot water and close to subway. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Downtown was easy to get to by subway.

Home away from Home!

The home and location are beautiful. My family and I felt safe and comfortable our entire stay. The property manager and owner were very responsive and accommodating, making everything from booking to checking in and out a breeze. The house was our haven in the thriving, fast-paced city that never sleeps. We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you!

Kaz and his team did a wonderful job hosting us throughout our New York trip. The duplex was perfect for our group of 7 and could honestly fit more people comfortably if needed. The location was very safe and convenient with subways, restaurants, and grocery stores all within walking distance. Will definitely consider staying here again when I am back in New York!

This was our first time to NY and truly had no idea where to stay. We rented this hoping it would be a good choice and we couldn’t have been more happy! Safe area. Easy access to public transit. Comfortable for my whole family. I would highly recommend!

Spacious and comfortable

This was a great space for our group of 6. It was amazing to find spot in the city with so many beds and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. It was very clean. There was great communication from the hosts and they even helped us coordinate a time we could drop off our luggage early on check in day. We enjoyed the location by the river park.
