La habitación no tenía armario y es demasiado pequeña para cuatro personas, bastante lejos dé Manhattan, autobús y metro o andas un buen rato hasta el metro, si es barato no es por casualidad, la entrada al hotel da miedo.

Great Staff, convinient hotel
Staff at hotel are great! they are so kind and understood all my personal needs, I am very pleased for choosing Sleep Inn for my days in Brooklyn, the only thing that maybe you need to fix, is the internet location of the hotel, when you use google maps or Uber address does not match with actual hotel location. Besides this everything was perfect.

Muy bien !
En general el hotel estuvo muy bien, las camas y almohadas muy comodas. Ademas de que practicamente es nuevo. La ubicacion a la estacion del metro (4 o 5 cuadras) mas o menos y si vas al centro de Manhatan llegaras entre 30 y 40 min. Como sugerencia el hotel deberia de poner un ascensor de la calle hacia la recepcion o quiza alguien que te ayude porque al llegar a recepcion tiene uno que bajar escalones y es un poco complicado cuando llevas varias maletas. El desayuno es el mismo todos los dias, cuenta con lo basico pero creo que deberian variarlo mas.Y bueno el hotel esta muy bien considerando que el precio es muy bajo a comparacion con uno en Manhattan asi que se ahorraran bastante y quiza la distancia no es la mas cerca pero el metro te ayuda bastante y llegas rapido a los lados que quieras visitar en Mahattan.

Location was very good, room very basic, no easy chair for us to relax in, no gluten free breakfast, not a lot of seating for breakfast, we were able to check out and leave our suitcases behind for a few hours which was handy.

coming into this place was a challenge especially with slippery stairs. Leaving it was also a challenge considering the elevators didn’t work and the fire exits were blocked. Staying in there was even more sketchy because our room door doesn’t even lock and can be broken in easily

The one thing I can say very positive about the place is that the room was very clean. Negative: elevator didn't work and the only access to the place is down a flight of stairs; one metal chair in the room for two people; two lightbulbs out; bar in closet gone, so no place to hang clothes; advertised breakfast, but there was none because of Covid, but no warning and no discount given because of this; noisy through the night (people talking and some mechanical sound like an elevator door).

Good for a short term stay
Room and linens were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the noise level was low. The King bed room was very small. The neighborhood the hotel is located in is not desirable, however, it seemed secure. Overall, we were satisfied with the one-night stay.

Started good, ended bad
Some of front desk was nice, there was no fruit as told, when i booked i was told i can use the gym, not true, it was closed. There was rotton milk i received, then eventually none, cereal no spoons. And stop serving milk and muffins just cereal no milk or spoon! Housekeeping was mediocre.

Underwhelming
Inexpensive and convenient. But the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. No parking even for drop off. Find your own street parking on a residential area. Had to walk down a flight of stairs to the check in desk as the elevator was out of order.

From the "Hotel Now Open" sign that was rotting and falling down to the stink of cheap disinfectant to the advice to drive on the sidewalk if our car got blocked in in the parking lot to the bathrooms not being fully cleaned, this place was disappointing. No fitness center as advertised. No breakfast as advertised (just some cookies, coffee, juice.) Comfy bed.

Couldn’t access to the network room wasn’t clean and the front desk charged me two dollars extra even tho I booked the room through an app and still took the two dollars for “SERVICE”!!!

I stay here very often, probably weekly. This last week they gave me a room with no carpet, no bed or desk lamps, I had to turn a huge spot light on just to see. It’s sad, as I really like this place and it’s location. If they didn’t have a decent room to accommodate a repeat guest, maybe I shouldn’t repeat.

A hotel is okay stuff is okay condition is okay price is okay but for the location because it's far from everything you need to get to, it's far from Manhattan about 25-30 minutes far from Brooklyn, same Central Park, but overall is okay for the money you paying.

Never again
If you like hot water this place sucks and ran out of hot water for hours setting me back. Room was dirty, light bulb wasn’t working, lamp outlet wasn’t working, room didn't come with a trash can when asked for one still , elevator wasnt working all visit which made it difficult taking my daughter outside upstairs with all the bags and stroller. This was the worst stay I ever had and the heater was on and off and not staying on in the room. Sucked because I have a daughter and it was cold. Terrible

Acceptable hotel, convenient location
Hotel staff responded to our complaint about a not quite warm room, the heating system was broken & allowed to change rooms. Overall the hotel is fine. I recommend it if you need to be this section of town.
