Views were incredible! Especially when it started snowing. Nice quieter area but a short walk to the action and subway stops. Greg was very accommodating and the unit was clean with everything you could need.

Fantastic apartment, equipped with everything you need and more, beds super comfortable . The view is amazing and Gregory the host was very welcoming and helpful. Location is excellent, nearest metro station 10 minute walk away and everything else you need pretty much on your doorstep. Would definitely stay there again if in New York.

We were there for our son’s 21st birthday with his girlfriend. The space was perfect with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Laocation and host were great. He recommended the Citibikes and I would highly recommend. We saw all of lower Manhattan and toured Brooklyn in the same day.

Gorgeous Building - Great front office staff - Easy check in and check out - Amazing Views - Super Clean - Host was very responsive - I can't say enough great things about the unit. I've never stayed in Hell's Kitchen and it was different than other places NY places I've stayed. A bit further from transit, pretty quiet and desolate at night and not the safest at night if I was on my own as a single lady.I felt perfectly fine if I was with my husband. The location being near the water was so beautiful.

Amazing property

We stayed here with 3 senior boys for their graduation trip. And, it was beyond our expectations. The boys didn’t want to go to the Edge bc they loved the condo so much . The views are out of this world. My next trip, I will definitely stay here again because nothing else comes close in terms of space and location. The communication was top notch. I am so spoiled now and can’t imagine staying anywhere else!!!! Thank you for everything.

Dream apartment in the perfect location

A beautiful apartment with two completely separate bedrooms and full bathrooms. The condition and furnishings are of a high standard as described. The view is magnificent. Highly recommended!

All went perfect, the apartment is modern and new fully furnished with new furniturs new equipment, the building is modern with reception, perfect apartment, the location is a bit too to the north west but one can walk or take a bus to city centre (5 bus station), the host is super friendly and is very responsive, Very recommended!!!

Home perfect for families!

First off, wow what a view! Coming home to this view alone made our trip extra special. Our family had a great stay here. Huge space for our two children plus mother in law and the bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment gave added privacy. The decor was absolutely beautiful. Like a five star resort. Spotlessly clean, luxury sheets and towels and extra comfortable beds. Everything felt and looked brand new. The host was very accommodating and responsive. He provided for us both a crib for our baby, and a foldable bed for my mother-in-law. which made things really comfortable and easy.The location is excellent! It’s a quiet and safe area with a police station right across the street. We were also just a short walk from the subway, which made getting around the city simple.You really can’t get better for a family stay, and we would definitely come back next time we are in NYC.

The entire property and the unit are all very nice and well maintained. A few things that flagged our stay:1. The balcony door is sealed shut so there is no access to the balcony. This was not listed in the details of the property, in fact the opposite the details praised the balcony. 2. The address you receive after paying and booking is not correct. After I booked our stay here and received the physical address the host list, I then booked a hotel room for someone else who joined our trip, what I thought was nearby. Had I known there would be an additional 15 minute walk for our friend who joined, I would have gotten them a room closer to the actual, correct address.3. Initial arrival is not hands free. We had a fully booked day when we arrived and did not have time to try and schedule a time to get access to the unit. Don’t get me wrong, Greg was very flexible on setting up a time, but we had to cut something else short so we would be able to meet him. Overall we were incredibly pleased with our stay and would highly recommend it! Greg was an incredible host!

Best of the best… And WOW views

Booked this for a family trip to New York with my wife and two children. First off the views are spectacular! Floor to ceiling windows allow you to take in the city skyline and Hudson River. Beautiful at sunset and at night ! The host was extremely helpful and engaging, making the overall trip very smooth. Check in was made easy. We met his assistant at the building and she gave us the keys and showed us inside. The decor was modern, and spotlessly clean. Lots of windows and really big rooms... everything in the apartment seemed brand new. Kitchen well stocked, as we used it for some light cooking. Overall great apartment and value for the money, Wish we had more time. Would be a great place to stay on an extended trip. Definitely check it out if you're coming to NYC and you need two rooms and space.

Magical Midtown Stay

Where do I start? This midtown gem was the highlight of our vacation. After long days of exploring the city, it was just a short subway & bus ride away to this welcoming accommodation. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches of home with essentials ranging from Nespresso coffee to comfortable mattresses in the rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils to spices . Both bathrooms were spotless and had enough towels and toilet paper for a month! Not to mention the washer & dryer which is a must on vacation with kids. The location was perfect for us… we walked the High Line to Hudson Yards & Chelsea market. The bus stop was literally downstairs and across the street which came frequently to explore all different parts of New York. You can even catch the bus to the subway which is just 4 stops away. We could go from uptown to downtown to Brooklyn efficiently from this location. There are many fantastic local grocery stores within walking distance where we stocked up on fruits & breakfast items. The most important thing for us when we travel is the cleanliness of the property and this place was IMPECCABLE! Need I say more???

Everything about the stay was fabulous. The apartment beautifully decorated, the beds comfortable, all amenities provided - and a view that can’t be beat. Every hour of the day provided a gorgeous view, and sunsets were spectacular. The host was beyond amazing. More attentive and responsive than any other host we’ve encountered - and that is a lot!
