Mala calificación
Viaje con mi esposa por 5 días. Nos asignaron una habitación en mal estado de limpieza. El servicio es malo, en la recepción nadie soluciona problemas. Decidimos quedarnos una noche más y el proceso es muy complicado, tuvimos que hacerlo online. Al regresar en la noche el último día rencontramos el cuarto abierto. Ofrecen una estación de café pero las veces que fui nunca encontré ni café ni agua. Definitivamente no volveré a usarlo en futuros viajes

Awful in every way
When we arrived the room looked quaint but ok. Upon looking around the room we found blood and poop on every blanket. Boogers on the wall. Poop smeared across the microwave, holes in the wall, and shaved hair all in the bathroom sink. This was on top of the potent smell of cat pee as soon as you opened the door. They said they’d issue us a full refund since I had to stay somewhere else but we only received a partial refund AND had to pay to stay somewhere else. Never again.

Only been here a day but not pleased that theres a $100/day incidentals, no free wifi, no microwave in room and no pool or jucuzzi. Wont EVER stay here again. Too much money for nothing.

Security deposits for the room is required doesn't matter how many nights you stay. Also there is defiantly free wifi. And no where on any site does it say we have a pool or jacuzzi. also rooms have microwaves and refrigerators

The area is convenient. Thankfully I didn’t have an issue with parking. I was content with the room. Only issue was that they provided 1 towel when the room was booked for 2 people.

Arrived late on the first night and the room that was booked was not available. Instead of having a queen bed with a balcony i was given bunk beds for me and my fiance on the first night.

Bare bones, no frills. Great affordable option for groups and families, especially if you’re not planning on spending a lot of time in your hotel room and just need a place to crash. We had a group of 4 and got the queen bed and bunk bed combo. Room and private attached bathroom were both small but worked for our needs. Tai at the front desk was amazing, sweet, and funny - made everyone feel welcome (not just our group but the people in front of us in line too!) and provided awesome customer service to make sure we had everything we needed.

“Three star hotel” or college dorm?
Hotels.com might be using a different rating system or methodology, but this is not a three star hotel. The cast concrete, industrial style - painting building elements bright primary colors and murals don’t quite cover up the fact that you’ve just checked into a 1960s era college dorm / hostile, with poor ventilation, the smell of mildew with carpeted hall ways, without climate control, just dank. The rooms were cleaned to a low standard, hair in sink and tub, fingerprints on glass and what have you. Linens were clean yet worn. Empty soap dispensers and two, half used tools of toilet paper in offer Dirty ice buckets without liners and no local ice machine anyway. A balcony was pleasant, room for two or three but only a small table and one chair On a positive note, upon entry to room, from pungent dank humid hallway, your hit with a wall of cold air as the in wall unit was set to max hi. There’s a plastic elephant glued to the exposed concrete ceiling. Didn’t distract from the dirty floor though. In defense of the employees, housekeeping staff that came by on the first morning were very pleasant and professional and within a minute, brought out very clean towels and soap I was riding the elevator down Saturday morning and there was a houseman cleaning the elevators with great effort and attention to detail. I completed his work. Bring any consumable you think a hotel should have though- utensils and cups

Staff was very nice but when I arrived at 1:45pm I was told it would cost $75 to check in before 3pm even though the hotel seemed empty. So I waited in what looked like a formerly energized and cool area that seemed a little run-down and strangely quiet (no one else there). When I checked in there were crumbs on the microwave and fridge top, hand prints on the interiors of the windows, toothpaste on the rack below the sink, no soap, no towels just an empty wall apparatus next to the sink three bottles in the shower, two empty with no tops, and one with only enough shampoo in it to use to wash my hands three times. It's a beautiful place, really, but feels like it's not being well kept up or cleaned. That said, it could easily be remedied with a little more care. Maybe post-Covid blues. Again, the staff was nice, the art was fantastic, and the quality of the original materials was very high and cool.

I really enjoyed the aesthetic and imagery they went for “elephant,” “graffiti” vibe..it’s an ok place to spend a night or two. The staff weren’t the most welcoming..I’ve passed them multiple times and haven’t even been acknowledged or greeted, the housekeepers were great. But overall, the vicinity of the hotel makes up for it. Toast!

Staff are rude and don’t care the job. We booked 3 nights via Expedia. When we got there we were informed they don’t have the room we booked. They said the Expedia overbooked them. Instead they should have contact Expedia to sort out their system issue, they asked us to cancel??!! Finally we got in a different setting room, the cleaning lady was there and obviously shocked when we came in. Lights in room didn’t work, no blanket and towels. We had to go to front desk twice to ask for things, they always say someone will bring up. Well, never happened! My husband had to go to front desk at 11pm to grab blankets by himself. After two nights stay, our room key doesn’t work anymore. Front desk say we haven’t pay for third night! Seriously!? I showed them Expedia receipt and my bank statement! Payment was made one week early when we booked it. The lady had to call her manager to check with Expedia. They charge $15 per day cleaning fee, guess what, no one cleaned our room in the 3 nights we stayed. This hotel/hostel is Not good for family or any person who just want have a normal stay. Extremely port management and communication. We travel all over the world VERY often, this one is the worst.

I liked the aesthetic pretty well. The floor was sticky with cleaning agent, I assume, and there was only one towel with no bath mat. The trash was tiny and the soap, shampoo, and bodywash dispensers were all empty. There were a bunch of travel bottles of shampoo and bodywash by the sink but why have the dispensers if you’re not going to use them? Plus the travel variety is not eco-friendly. I like the affordability and the implication of artistic freedom.

Excited to stay the night at this property…..very disappointing. Did not get the room I reserved and PRE PAID for!!!! Room was filthy, used vape on the bed, no bedding only a single sheet, no towels, USED TAMPON on the overflowing garbage. Only had about 90 seconds of hot water. I only stayed because I was there one night after a 11 hour flight. Couldn’t even report problems to the front desk because no one was there when I tried to check out. Refused to answer the phone and after Expedia contacted them on my behalf trying to get a refund the front desk hung up on their representative and the manager didn’t respond to my email at all. andrew.halsey@rhgcorp.com DO NOT STAY HERE

The staff were excellent and all of them were very pretty too! I read awful reviews of this place and I’m so happy I didn’t rely on them before making a decision to stay! The bedroom was clean and comfortable with a TV mini fridge microwave towels blankets and toiletries. Room service came daily. I enjoyed the working space and the mini game room with bean bag chairs. This location was also awesome and the hotel Is very colorful and loaded with cool art! I can’t wait to stay again!

This is probably one of the worst hotels I have every stayed in. I went for my birthday, deciding to stay in Brooklyn so I could be closer to the friend I was visiting. I sent them an email, detailing the reason for my trip, questions about getting around the city, and a few other things. The Times Square location responded, by this location didn't respond until the last minute, with little to say about my trip, except to mention that I should ask for the manager when I arrived. Upon arrival, there was a brawl in action between a large number of potential guests and the young "trainee" at the front desk, who had no idea what she was doing or what people should expect. No one was being served. I told her that I would take my things to my friend's place until they called with my room information. No one ever called. I tried contacting everyone I could, discovering that the manager was out of town and that the front desk didn't pick up the phone. I didn't check in until 1:00 am. The room was filthy, there were no towels, no closet space, and the knob to turn on the bathroom sink fell off the first time I used it. There were no amenities OR toilet paper, which I had to beg for at the front desk. No one spoke to me during my trip or after the fact, which is curious because I sent them an email the night I first arrived, horrified that I might not have a place to stay. Not one word. The rooms are also quite dangerous, with windows leading out to the open air. Horrifying.
