El Hotel está muy bien, los cuartos demasiado pequeños … las ventanas no se abren y el aire acondicionado da directo a la cama, lo que es muy incómodo ….

Más precio que calidad
Bien, buena ubicación. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero es NY… En cuanto al servicio, es correcto, ni más ni menos. Te dan la sorpresa al final cuando te cargan 20$ extra por los resort fees aunque ya había pagado todo por adelantado en el app. Un poco desequilibrada la balanza calidad precio.

El lugar ideal!! Excelente ubicación, las habitaciones con terraza son ÚNICAS, el servicio es súper personalizado, tanto que olvidé mi bolso con pasaportes y credit cards en el lobbie al hacer mi check out y lo enviaron al aeropuerto para no perder mi vuelo… son únicos, los amo.

Que dejaron abierta la puerta de mi habitación cuando hicieron limpieza y así se quedó todo el día hasta que llegue. Y que cobran impuestos al final de la estancia cuando pensé q ya tenía todo pagado.

Me gusto mucho la decoracion y diseño del hotel. Sin embargo al hacer el check in me solicitaron un deposito por 100 dólares. Pero al hacer el check out no me lo devolvieron. Me comentaron que en 5 días se vería reflejado esta devolución, creo que me hubiera gustado estar enterada de esto antes. Mi habitación tenia un problema con el ruido del aire acondicionado, tampoco servia el teléfono. En cuanto lo informe mandaron a una persona a arreglarlo.

Unfortunately we did not have a positive experience at Arlo SoHo. Our room had a clogged sink, a clogged shower which flooded the washroom, I had to ask multiple times to have room cleaned, when they finally came at 6pm they left only one clean bath towel (even though we left the dirty ones on the ground as requested). Telephone didn’t work, HVAC didn’t work (had to sleep with window open because room was 80 degrees). When checking-out front desk said they wouldn’t charge me for facilities fees. Hoping that they honour that. On a positive note, the breakfast included was a perk and location is good.

Excellent location, amazing design, and service was excellent-- the coffee at the lobby cafe was great. The only thing-- and it is the only thing-- is that the rooms are a wee bit tight. We are a couple and we did fine. It will help with intimacy.

The rooms are too noisy and extremely small even for NYC. This hotel is only good for one or two nights maximum. The noise from the street and rooftop bar is terrible. Very difficult to sleep. The traffic around the hotel is awful since it is very close to the entrance of Holland Tunnel. There are no amenities (water, coffee) in the room probably because nothing fits. You expect a lot more from a 4-star hotel at this price.

I got lucky with fromt role parking woohoo!! ✊️ view was soo amazing from the terrace and not to mention a decent space out side it. Missed out on the rooftop but the JayDee was pumping it up lasy night with good tracks. Will come back again soon !! A

Arlo Soho is a friendly and convenient hotel on Hudson Street - a nice walking distance to Whitney Museum, High Line, and many great restaurants. Staff members are always cordial and helpful.

Arlo Soho was perfectly located for soho, Chelsea and the financial district, as well as some great restaurants and bars. The hotels rooftop bar has a perfect view of the One World Trade Building and a great selection of cocktails - the margarita was a personal fav. The hotel was clean and although small, the room was comfy. The staff were super helpful and really friendly. We can’t recommend this hotel enough!

While the hotel's trendy aesthetic was appealing, the functionality of the room left much to be desired. The sink in our room was clogged and wouldn't drain properly. The room itself was incredibly small, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. Additionally, we found it challenging to regulate the temperature in the room, which made it uncomfortable throughout our stay.

Such a great stay and staff were incredible! Foxtail (within the hotel) was such a gem for late night drinks and vibes. Very convenient location for walking and catching ubers! We will be back!
