    • PETS: Pets (dogs/cats) are allowed for an extra pet fee of $100 per pet with a combined pet weight limit of 30lbs and up to 2 pets only. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.

    • CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we`re able to accommodate an early check-in, there`s an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 1 PM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.

    • CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.

    • SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $300.

    • NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors in the building. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

    •DAMAGE WAIVER AND GUEST LIABILITY: All direct bookings include participation in our Accidental Damage Waiver Program. This program is not insurance, but a limited waiver of liability provided in exchange for a non-refundable fee paid with your reservation.
    This waiver is offered on the condition that all accidental damage is reported to Elevate Vacation Rentals prior to check-out. Failure to report damage may result in full financial responsibility for the cost of repairs or replacements.

    •NON-REFUNDABLE CARD PROCESSING FEE: In the event of a cancellation, a 4% card processing fee (charged by the payment processor) will be deducted from the refunded amount and is non-refundable.

    • UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.

    • PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.

    • LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler`s expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.

    • MAILS & PACKAGES: We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.

    • PRE-CHECK IN FORM: Guests will be required to fill out a pre check-in form which will require additional documents to validate age and card used for the reservation prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to fill out the pre-check-in form.

    • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.

    • ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME:
    - Location: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. Access to the apartment is solely via the staircase.

    - Baby Items: We have a pack-n-play available. This is subject to availability only and is made available upon request.

    - Noise: Despite the serene location on a quiet street near Times Square, it`s essential to note the potential for noise from the vibrant lounge/bar downstairs, along with occasional radiator sounds during the winter season.

    - Visits and Unit Access: We will always notify in advance should there be a need to access the unit and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there are fire or life-threatening situations in the building.
