Perfect location in Manhattan - central to everything. The apartment was immaculate and a true penthouse experience. The fully equipped kitchen was excellent for dining in - great value for money!

Great apartment in the middle of Times Square. If you like to be in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you. Great host, clean, updated, beautiful view, fully stocked with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and this place has 2 balconies. We loved our stay!

The penthouse was very clean, modern, roomy and very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, with an amazing view of New York City and easy access to theaters, Times Square, and nearby subways. The bathrooms were updated, modern, and worked very well. Barron met us at the building and ensured we had all the information we needed for our stay - greatly appreciated! We would definitely consider renting again on a return visit.

I booked this for my boss and a colleague as the hotel rooms in NY (last minute) were insanely expensive. The location was ideal to our NY offices. This property was a hit and we will be using again. Exactly as advertised, fully furnished, clean and great customer service with host.

Spent 5 nights with my daughter and a friend. The apartment is amazing and has everything you need. Having 2 balconies with great views was an extra treat in this area. 1 block to Times Square and 1 block the other direction to Hell's Kitchen and great restaurants. Very convenient to the subway lines which then gets you to most places within 10-20 minutes. Highly recommend this well-stocked apartment over hotels. The host was great - very responsive and accommodating.

Wonderful apartment 2 minutes from Time Square. Great views from the two balconies. Apartment was clean and fully furnished. It had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and communicated well. We would definitely stay at this location and reserve again with the same host. Location, apartment, and host were all exceptional!

We had an amazing stay in fabulous NYC for my birthday! This penthouse loft is an absolute dream and I cannot say enough about it! The location cannot be beaten (especially when going to a Broadway show)! Even in heavy snow/sleet we were able to walk to The Lion King in less than 10 minutes! The loft itself is gorgeous and stocked with every amenity you might need. The host is so friendly and helpful, lightening quick with responses to any question, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful!! We will be back!!!

The view was perfect. The host was extremely accommodating and this is one of the best days we've ever had in New york. The house was incredibly clean and it was a great place to get work done with a lot of space. I would recommend this to anybody coming in town for business or needing a place to stay that's Central to everything! Couldn't be happier with our visit
