Tuvimos una estadía agradable. Todo estuvo muy bien con el staff. La habitación es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario y es limpia y en buen estado. La puerta de la ducha no cierra por completo así que costaba que no mojáramos el piso del baño. Lo único negativo que puedo decir fue que el aire acondicionado se arruinó y no lograron arreglarlo antes de irnos. Nos llevaron un ventilador pero no es lo mismo, menos en la época de verano en Nueva York. Aparte de esto, todo bien.

Good 2 night stay. Ok facilities, Clean (we had a minor issue which was solved). Very comfy beds. Breakfast options were extremly limited. Amanda at front desk was helpful.

就房間價錢而言，房間面積細少，環境衛生差，我曾看到有多隻曱甴在房間內游走。自來水質素差劣，水質混濁及有沉積物，須然更換房間但情況仍是一樣。酒店位於唐人街，四週治安環境感覺不好，經常聽到警車及救護車警號。而且街上有很多無家者及吸毒人士，感覺並不安全。整體而言，此酒店的性價比非常差劣，本人日後不會再訂住此間酒店。

It's a fine hotel for the price. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable. The view from our 10th floor room was magnificent. The carpet was worn in places, and there was only one place to hang towels in the bathroom, somewhat of an inconvenience. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. The hotel is in a great location, with easy walking access to Chinatown, Greenwich Village, East Village and Chinatown.

Great location. Room ok condition but had issues with leaks and plumbing stuff. Couldn’t get someone at the place to move my room or fix issue.

Decent size room especially for NYC standard. Clean room and bed was comfortable. Main dislike was the shower which only has a half size glass meaning no shower door at all. Water would splash out of the shower no matter how careful you are and you end up having to wipe the area outside the shower daily! It is also SUPER hard to squeeze anything out of the conditioner bottle. That definitely has to change! Otherwise, hotel is overall good and it is only two blocks from the Grand Street station for the B and D trains.

It was great. The premises were clean inside and out the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I wish there was more of a commitment to recycling.

Overall, I have mixed reviews, but I would NOT stay here again. On the positive, I stayed here because I wanted close proximity and convenience to chinatown, little italy, and the subway station. The main reasons I would NOT stay here again is because they don't even have a common area microwave for guests to use, they did not allow late checkout past 11:30AM unless you pay a fee, and finally it's too hard to get in touch with someone at this hotel.

OK hotel
Wyndham er ikke et fancy hotel på nogen måde, men et ok hotel godt placeret på Manhattan midt i Chinatown og kun et stenkast fra Little Italy. Alle seværdighederne på Lower Manhattan er inden for gåafstand, og Grand St. (Subway) er 2 min. væk. På hotellet er der både en Skybar med fantastisk udsigt til bl.a. Empire State Building, en lille men god asiatisk restaurant samt en sportsbar. Det der tæller ned i bedømmelsen er sportsbarens uforudsigelige/dynamiske åbningstider samt at der var ret koldt på værelserne selv med varmen på - Aircon virkede vist ikke rigtigt! Værelserne er ikke specielt moderne, men sengene og hovedpuder var rigtig gode.

Not only have we been double charged $800 the staff was not accommodating, rude, and refused allowing us to use the lobby restroom after we had checked out. DO NOT STAY HERE.
