It must have a better organization. I have to wait almost an hour to check in because they have problems with their system.
I extend my stay, I did it online, and call to see if everything was fine and they told me it’s ok. Next day at 8:00am knocked at my door and wake me up to know what time I will leave. I explained the situation. At 11:00am the same. At 4:00 pm they call me to say I must go asap to the front desk to solve the situation and I was out the hotel. When I arrived to the front desk the lady was a little rude. So my last day was very disgusting
